 3) NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE PARKING LOT,
 ADJACENT TO LOT 7, IS NOT CONSISTENT
 BETWEEN ALL PLANS.
  
 4) PLAN INDICATES A PARKING SPACE IN
 FRONT OF AN OVERHEAD DOOR.SPACE MUST
 BE REMOVED AND LANDSCAPING ADJUSTED
 ACCORDINGLY.
  
 5) CIVILS INDICATE REMOVAL OF THE 5'
 LANDSCAPE BUFFER ALONG THE EAST PROPERTY
 LINE...BUFFER MUST REMAIN OR UNIFY THE
 PROJECT WITH THE REMAINDER OF LOT 7 AND
 COORDINATE THE SITE WITH THE FUTURE LOT
 7 PROPOSAL...PROPERTIES WOULD NOT BE
 ABLE TO BE SUBDIVIDED IF THIS IS DONE.
  
 6) REVISE PARKING DETAIL ON PAVING AND
 DRAINAGE PLANS TO REFLECT
 DOUBLE-STRIPING.SHOULD BE 2' BETWEEN
 CURB AND BACK OF WHEEL STOP.
