 (ADJOINING LOT) THAT IS NOT PART OF THE
 ONE WHICH THE STRUCTURE IS LOCATED, AN
 EGRESS EASEMENT THROUGH THE ADJOINING
 PROPERTY IS REQUIRED AND SHALL BE RECORD
 ED IN THE COUNTY RECORDS. THIS EASEMENT
 SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 3' WIDE AND NOTH-
 ING SHALL BE PLACED WITHIN THE EASEMENT
 AREA WHICH WOULD BLOCK ACCESS TO THE
 EASEMENT AND OR IMPEDE EMERGENCY EGRESS
 FROM THE RESCUE OPENING TO THE PUBLIC
 WAY. NO LANDSCAPING, FENCES OR OTHER
 IMPEDIMENTS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN THIS
 EASEMENT.

 PLANS THE CONSTRUCTION IS TYPE VI.
  
 7) NOTE 22 ON A0.01 REFERS TO FBC
 1816.1.7, WHICH IS FOR TERMITE BAITING
 SYSTEMS. PLEASE CLARIFY. NOTE: A SIGNED
 CONTRACT PAID IN FULL FOR 5 YEARS FROM
 THE DATE OF CO IS REQUIRED BEFORE THE
 SLAB IS POURED.
  
 8) REVISE THE DRYWALL FASTENING NOTE ON
 A3.01. THE FASTENER SPACING FOR SCREWS
 IS NOT MORE THAN 12"OC PER FBC 2504.4.1
 AND GA 216.
  
 9) REVISE DETAIL 2 ON A4.01 TO SHOW
 FIREBLOCKING WHERE THE WALL AND CEILING

 PERMIT APPLICATION AFTER OCTOBER 1, 2003
 ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE FLORIDA
 PRODUCT APPROVAL SYSTEM. FOR INFORMATION

 STATEWIDE APPROVAL ARE REQUIRED TO BE
 SUBMITTED WITH A COVER SHEET THAT LISTS
 THE PRODUCT IDENTITY NUMBER FROM THE
 STATE. IF THE PRODUCT DOES NOT HAVE
 STATEWIDE APPROVAL, SUBMIT AN APPLICA-
 TION FOR LOCAL PRODUCT APPROVAL OR SITE
 SPECIFIC FORM PER RULE 9B-72.
