 INCREASED AREA/VALUATION.THE BALANCE

 2) IMPACT FEES. THE AREA OF THE BUILDING
 HAS INCREASED.THE PLANS SHALL BE TAKEN
 TO PALM BEACH COUNTY BUILDING DEPARTMENT
 FOR IMPACT FEE ASSESSMENT. THEY SHALL BE
 STAMPED AT THAT OFFICE AND A COPY OF THE
 PAID RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO THE CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH DEPT OF CONSTRUCTION
 SERVICES BEFORE A PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 3) THE PROPOSED BUILDING STRUCTURE NOW
 TRANSGRESSES LEGAL BOUNDARY LINES
 BETWEEN THE LOTS WHICH COMBINE TO FORM
 'THE SITE'.SUBMIT A COPY OF THE 'UNITY
 OF TITLE' DOCUMENT SO THAT FBC TABLE 600
 BOUNDARY LINE REQUIREMENTS MAY BE DEEMED
 NOT APPLICABLE.
  
 4) FBC* 104.2.4SITE SURVEY.THE SITE
 BOUNDARY HAS CHANGED. A REVISED SIGNED
 AND SEALED SURVEY DRAWING PREPARED BY A
 LICENSED SURVEYOR/MAPPER IS REQUIRED.

 5) ON ONE SET OF PLANS, THE RETAIL AND
 RESIDENTIAL UNIT REFERENCES HAVE BEEN
 STRUCK OUT ON STRUCTURAL PLAN SHEETS
 S1.0, S2.0 AND S3.0 BECAUSE THEY DO NOT
 CORRELATE TO THE REFERENCES ON THE
 ARCHITECTURAL PLANS.AMEND THE OTHER
 TWO SETS TO SUIT.
  
 6) FBC 13-103.0EACH COPY OF THE
 SUBMITTED ENERGY CODE COMPLIANCE FORMS
 SHALL HAVE THE CORRECT PERMIT NUMBER
 (03100433), PROJECT ADDRESS
 (1930 S DIXIE HWY), AND BUILDER NAME
 ENTERED IN THE ALLOCATED SPACES.ALSO,
 THE STATED UNIT REFERENCES (R6, R7 ETC)
 DO NOT CORRELATE CORRECTLY WITH THE
 'CONDITIONED AREAS' STATED ON THE CODE
 COMPLIANCE FORMS.SUBMIT COMPLETE AND
 CORRECT FORMS.
  
 7) FBC 13-101.1.6SHELL RETAIL UNITS.
 THE WHOLE BUILDING (INCL. FUTURE TENANT
 SPACE) SHALL BE CONSIDERED. SHELL RETAIL
 UNITS SHALL BE SHOWN TO COMPLY WITH
 METHOD B (SEE SUB-CHAPTER 4).ALL
 ASSUMPTIONS MADE ABOUT SYSTEMS, NOT
 SHOWN ON THE CURRENT PLANS, SHALL BE
 LISTED AND APPENDED TO THE FORM 400B FOR
 SUBMITTAL.THIS WILL BE COMPARED, AT A
 LATER DATE, TO THE ACTUAL SYSTEMS
 PROPOSED BY THE FUTURE TENANT(S).THE
 ASSUMPTIONS LISTED ON THE APPENDIX SHEET
 SHALL BE AT LEAST THE MINIMUM STANDARD
 (LIGHTING, HVAC ETC) TO ALLOW THE WHOLE
 BUILDING TO BE OCCUPIED FOR IT'S

 PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED, THE SUBMITTED
 ENERGY CODE COMPLIANCE FORMS SHALL BE
 SIGNED BY THE BUILDING OWNER, THE
 OWNER'S ARCHITECT OR OTHER AUTHORIZED
 AGENT LEGALLY DESIGNATED BY THE OWNER.
