 1) IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY, PLANS STAMPED BY THEM AND
 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT,
 BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 2) THE STRUCTURE IS LOCATED IN AN "AO"
 FLOOD ZONE AN ELEVATION CERTIFICATE WILL
 BE REQUIRED.
  
 3) PROVIDE A FINAL SOIL BORING TEST AS
 REQUIRED BY THE PRELIMINARY SOIL REPORT
 AND FBC 1804.2.2.
  
 4) REVISE NOTE #11 ON C1. FBC 1606.1.4
 REQUIRES PROTECTION OF GALZED OPENINGS
 IN WINDBORNE DEBRIS REGIONS AS WELL AS
 THE HVHZ.
  
 5) REVISE NOTE #15 UNDER FRAMING NOTES
 ON C1. HIGH RIB METAL LATH IS REQUIRED
 TO BE FASTENED AT EVERY RIB (4"O.C.) PER
 ASTM C 1063.
  
 6) SPECIFY THE LENGTH/EMBED DEPTH OF THE
 1/2" DIA. ANCHOR BOLTS FOR THE GARAGE
 DOOR BUCKS ON THE DETAIL ON A4.
  
 7) CLARIFY ON THE S.G.D. BUCK DETAIL ON
 A4 THAT THE FRAME IS FASTENED THROUGH
 THE 1X BUCK.
  
 8) SUBMIT A TRUSS ANCHOR SCHEDULE. FBC
 1609.4.3 NO LONGER ALLOWS THE ONE-THIRD
 INCREASE IN THE STEEL CALCULATIONS FOR
 COMBINATION LOADS. SEE THE 2003 USP OR
 2002 SIMPSON HIGH WIND CONSTRUCTION
 CATALOGS FOR CONNECTOR VALUES WITHOUT
 THE INCREASE.
  
 9) REVISE CONNECTION DETAIL 2 ON A5. THE
 MAXIMUM UPLIFT VALUE IS 1125# WITH (7)
 16D NAILS IN EACH MEMBER. SEE 2003 USP
 CATALOG.
  
 10) DETAIL 11 ON A5 SPECIFIES A HANGER
 ON A MASONRY WALL FASTENED WITH (2) 5/8"
 THROUGH BOLTS ON EACH SIDE. PLEASE
 CLARIFY.
  
 11) AN ID. TAG FOR A DETAIL 1 ON A6 IS
 GIVEN ON THE FRAMING PLAN ON A5, HOWEVER
 THERE IS NO SUCH DETAIL. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 12) AN ID. TAG FOR DETAIL 1 ON A8 IS ON
 THE FRAMING PLAN ON A5 AND THERE IS NOT
 A SHEET A8. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 13) A SEPARATE PERMIT FOR ROOFING WILL
 BE REQUIRED.
  
 14) SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE
 SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS.
  
 15) THE SITE SPECIFIC PRODUCT APPROVALS
 DO NOT LIST THE 3'X 8' F.G. WINDOWS.
 THE SITE SPECIFIC PRODUCT APPROVAL FORM
 IS REQUIRED TO BE SIGNED BY THE DESIGNER
 RECORD OR A SIGNED AND SEALED LETTER OF
 APPROVAL FROM THE D.O.R. MUST ACCOMPANY
 THE FORM.
  
 16)THE STORM PANEL KEY PLAN AND SCHEDULE
 DO NOT CORRESPOND TO THE PLANS. THE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL THAT WAS SUBMITTED HAS
 EXPIRED. PLEASE CORRECT.
