 1) 1001.1.3/ 1005.4 ZERO LOT LINE
 EGRESS:WHEN ACCESS TO OR FROM A RE-
 QUIRED EMERGENCY ESCAPE AND RESCUE OPEN-
 ING OF A STRUCTURE TO THE PUBLIC WAY,
 REQUIRES TRANSVERSING A PROPERTY
 (ADJOINING LOT) THAT IS NOT PART OF THE
 ONE WHICH THE STRUCTURE IS LOCATED, AN
 EGRESS EASEMENT THROUGH THE ADJOINING
 PROPERTY IS REQUIRED AND SHALL BE RECORD
 ED IN THE COUNTY RECORDS. THIS EASEMENT
 SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 3' WIDE AND NOTH-
 ING SHALL BE PLACED WITHIN THE EASEMENT
 AREA WHICH WOULD BLOCK ACCESS TO THE
 EASEMENT AND OR IMPEDE EMERGENCY EGRESS
 FROM THE RESCUE OPENING TO THE PUBLIC
 WAY. NO LANDSCAPING, FENCES OR OTHER
 IMPEDIMENTS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN THIS
 EASEMENT. SUBMIT RECORDED COPY OF THE
 SUBDIVISION COVENANTS SPECIFYING AN
 EGRESS EASEMENT.
  
 2) FBC 1909.3 REQUIRES THE WWM IN THE
 SLAB TO BE SUPPORTED ON APPROVED
 MATERIALS AT NO MORE THAN 3'OC. PLEASE
 INDICATE ON PLANS.
  
 3) THE GLASS BLOCK AT THE MASTER BATH
 TUB IS IN A HAZARDOUS LOCATION AND IS
 REQUIRED TO HAVE A MINIMUM UNIFORM FACE
 THICKNESS OF 0.25" PER FBC 2405.2.
 PLEASE SPECIFY ON THE PLANS.
  
 4) THE DOOR IN THE GARAGE WALL ADJACENT
 TO THE CONDITIONED SPACE IS REQUIRED TO
 BE SOLID CORE OR INSULATED BY FBC
 CHAPTER 13.
  
 5) THE WINDOWS IN THE DEN EXCEED THE 20
 PERCENT OF WALL ALLOWED AS OPENINGS BY

 GLASS BLOCK IS REQUIRED TO BE SIGNED AND

 THIRD INCREASE ON STEEL CALCULATIONS FOR
 CONNECTORS. PLEASE REVISE THE CONNECTOR
 SCHEDULE ON SHEET TO VALUES WHICH DO NOT
 INCLUDE THIS INCREASE. SEE THE 2003 USP

 AGO. PLEASE UPDATE THE HUGHES CONNECTORS
 SPECIFIED ON SHEET 6 AND IN THE DETAILS
 ON SHEET 8 TO A CURRENT MANUFACTURER.
  
 9) PLEASE REVISE THE BUILDING CATEGORY
 ON SHEET 6 TO CATEGORY II. SEE TABLE 1-1
 IN ASCE 7-98. R3 IS THE OCCUPANCY
 CLASSIFICATION.
  
 10) NOTE 10 ON SHEET 8 REFERENCES THE
 WRONG CODE. PLEASE UPDATE TO 2001 FBC.
  
 11) PROVIDE A DETAIL FOR STRUCTURAL 2X
 BUCKS AS REQUIRED BY THE PRODUCT
 APPROVAL FOR THE ENTRY DOOR.
  
 13) FBC 1005.4.5 (GLITCH AMENDMENTS)
 REQUIRES AT LEAST ONE MEANS OF ESCAPE
 FROM A DWELLING WHEN SHUTTERED FOR
 IMPACT PROTECTION. THE MEANS OF ESCAPE
 SHALL BE WITHIN THE FIRST FLOOR OF THE
 DWELLING AND CAN NOT BE LOCATED IN A
 GARAGE. OCCUPANTS IN ANY PART OF THE
 DWELLING SHALL HAVE ACCESS TO IT WITHOUT
 HAVING TO PASS THROUGH A LOCKABLE DOOR
 NOT UNDER THEIR CONTROL. INDICATE HOW
 COMPLIANCE WILL BE ACHIEVED.
  
 14) THERE ARE TWO ARCHITECT'S TITLE
 BLOCKS ON SOME OF THE PLAN SHEETS.
 PLEASE REMOVE THE ONE THAT DOES NOT
 BELONG TO THE DESIGNER OF RECORD.
  
 15) STORM PANELS : THE SAFEGUARD COMPANY
 IS NO LONGER IN BUSINESS AND WEATHER-
 GUARD HAS NOT COMPLETED THE PROCESS OF
 ASSUMING THE PRODUCT APPROVAL FROM SBCCI
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL HAS DETERMINED
 THAT WE CAN NOT ACCEPT THIS PRODUCT FOR
 USE IN THE CITY OF WPB AT THIS TIME.
  
 16) THE TRUSS DRAWINGS AND LAYOUT FOR
 SINGLE FAMILY DWELLINGS ARE NO LONGER
 REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED FOR PLAN REVIEW
 THEY ARE TO BE GIVEN TO THE INSPECTOR IN
 THE FIELD AT THE TRUSS INSPECTION.
