 CAPACITIES TO VALUES THAT DO NOT INCLUDE
 A ONE-THIRD INCREASE IN THE STEEL
 CALCULATIONS. THIS INCREASE IS NOT
 ALLOWED BY FBC 1609.4.3. SEE 2003 USP
 CATALOG.
