 1) A RECORDED COPY OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE A
 PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 2) SUBMIT PAID RECEIPT FOR COUNTY IMPACT
 FEES.
  
 3) SUBMIT A SOIL BORING TEST REPORT AS
 REQUIRED BY FBC 1804.2.2.
  
 4) SUBMIT A SURVEY.
  
 5) REVISE/CLARIFY NOTE #1 ON SHEET A-4.
 HANDRAIL AND GUARDRAIL ARE NOT THE SAME.
 SEE FBC 1007.5.1 FOR HANDRAIL HEIGHT.
  
 6) REVISE STUCCO NOTES ON A5. SPECIFY
 THE FASTENER SIZE IN NOTE 3. INDICATE IN
 NOTE 7 THAT 3/8" METAL LATH IS REQUIRED
 TO BE FASTENED AT EVERY RIB (4"O.C.).
 NOTES 4 AND 5 ARE THE SAME.
  
 7) REVISE THE GARAGE WALL SECTION ON A4.
 UPDATE THE STUD TO PLATE CONNECTORS TO
 TO "USP" SPT6 OR SPTH6 FOR 2X6 WALLS.
 SEE 2003 USP CATALOG FOR NAILING REQUIRE
 MENTS. REVISE THE UPLIFT CAPACITY OF THE
 HDPT2 CONNECTOR. SPECIFY CONNECTORS FOR
 ATTACHING THE TOP OF THE FIRST FLOOR TO
 THE FLOOR TRUSSES.
  
 8) SPECIFY THE FLOOR TRUSS TO WALL
 CONNECTOR ON DETAIL 1 ON S2.
  
 9) REVISE DETAIL C ON S2 TO INDICATE A
 BUCKET THAT ATTACHES TO THE WALL AT AN
 ANGLE AS SHOWN ON THE LOWER ROOF PLAN.
  
 10) REVISE DETAIL 4 ON S2 TO MATCH THE
 FLOOR PLAN WHICH SHOWS TWO GIRDERS
 MEETING AT 90 DEGREE ANGLES.
  
 11) SPECIFY THE LENGTH/EMBEDDMENT DEPTH
 OF THE 1/2" DIAMETER EXP. ANCHORS AT THE
 WOOD FRAME TO CONCRETE WALL DETAIL ON A5
 AND UPDATE THE SEMCO CONNECTORS. SEMCO
 WAS PURCHASED BY USP.
  
 12) DETAIL E ON S-3 IS INCORRECTLY
 SPECIFIED FOR THE TRUSS ABOVE THE MASTER
 BEDROOM. THIS WALL IS MASONRY AND NOT
 WOOD FRAME. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 13) REVISE THE UPLIFT CAPACITIES FOR THE
 TRUSS CONNECTORS TO REFLECT VALUES THAT
 DO NOT HAVE STRESS INCREASES FOR THE
 STEEL CALCULATIONS. SEE FBC 1609.4.3 AND
 AND 2003 USP CATALOG.
  
 14) PROVIDE (2) CURRENT AND COMPLETE
 COPIES OF SBCCI OR METRO-DADE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS FOR:
 - SLIDING GLASS DOORS
 - OVERHEAD GARAGE DOOR
 - ARCHED TO FIXED GLASS WINDOW
  
 15) THE OWNER AND CONTRACTOR INFORMATION
 ON THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS DOES NOT
 MATCH THE APPLICATION OR CITY RECORDS.
  
 16) THE OWNER INFORMATION LISTED ON THE
 APPLICATION DOES NOT MATCH THE OWNER OF
 RECORD WITH THE CITY OR COUNTY.
  
 17) OWNER/AGENT IS REQUIRED TO SIGN THE
 ENERGY CALCULATION FORM.
