 1) IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY, PLANS STAMPED BY THEM AND
 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT,
 BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 2) A RECORDED COPY OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE A
 PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 3) THE STRUCTURE IS LOCATED IN AN "AO"
 FLOOD ZONE AN ELEVATION CERTIFICATE WILL
 BE REQUIRED.
  
 4) PROVIDE A FINAL SOIL BORING TEST
 REPORT AS REQUIRED BY PRELIMINARY SOILS
 REPORT AND CITY AMEND. TO FBC 1804.2.2.
  
 5) REVISE NOTE #11 ON C-1. FBC 1606.1.4
 REQUIRES PROTECTION OF GLAZED OPENINGS
 IN WINDBORNE DEBRIS REGIONS AS WELL AS
 THE HVHZ AREAS.
  
 6) THE GLASS BLOCK AT THE MASTER BEDROOM
 TUB IS IN A HAZARDOUS LOCATION AND IS
 REQUIRED TO HAVE A MINIMUM UNIFORM FACE
 THICKNESS OF 0.25" PER FBC 2405.2.2(5).
 PLEASE NOTE ON PLANS.
  
 7) SPECIFY THE LENGTH/EMBED DEPTH OF THE
 1/2"DIA. ANCHOR BOLTS USED TO FASTEN THE
 2X6 GARAGE DOOR JAMB ON THE DETAIL ON
 A4.
  
 8) CLARIFY ON THE BUCK DETAIL FOR THE
 SLIDING GLASS DOOR ON A4 THAT THE FRAME
 IS FASTENED THROUGH THE 1X BUCK.
  
 9) PROVIDE A TRUSS CONNECTOR SCHEDULE.
 FBC 1609.4.3 NO LONGER ALLOWS THE ONE-
 THIRD INCREASE IN STEEL CALCULATIONS.
 SEE THE 2003 USP OR 2002 SIMPSON HIGH-
 WIND CONSTRUCTION CATALOGS FOR TRUSS
 CONNECTOR VALUES WITHOUT THE INCREASE.
  
 10) PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION THAT THE USP
 MSH 218 HANGER CAN BE USED AS A TRUSS
 ANCHOR AND PROVIDE UPLIFT VALUES. THE
 USP TA 14R HAVE AN UPLIFT VALUE OF 1720#
 FOR DOUBLE STRAPS ON A ONE PLY TRUSS.
 ADJUST THE UPLIFT VALUE FOR DETAIL 13 ON
 A6 ACCORDINGLY.
  
 11) REVISE THE CONNECTION DETAIL 2 ON A5
 THE MAXIMUM UPLIFT VALUE IS 1125# WITH
 (7) 16D NAILS IN EACH MEMBER. SEE 2003
 USP CATALOG.
  
 12) DETAIL 11 ON A5 SPECIFIES A HANGER
 ON A MASONRY WALL FASTENED WITH (2) 5/8"
 THROUGH BOLTS ON EACH SIDE. PLEASE
 CLARIFY.
  
 13) AN ID. TAG FOR A DETAIL 1 ON A6 IS
 GIVEN ON THE FRAMING PLAN ON A5 AND THE
 BRACING PLAN ON A-6, HOWEVER, THERE IS
 NO SUCH DETAIL. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 14) AN ID. TAG FOR A DETAIL 1 ON A8 IS
 GIVEN ON THE FRAMING PLAN ON A5, HOWEVER
 THERE IS NO SHEET A8. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 15) THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS DO NOT
 INCLUDE THE AREA OF THE CEILINGS THAT
 ARE COFFERED. SEE FBC CHAPTER 13 SECTION
 604.1.A.1.
  
 16) SUBMIT SBCCI OR METRO-DADE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS FOR STORM PANELS.
  
 17) THE SITE SPECIFIC ENGINEERING DOES
 NOT CORRESPOND WITH ALL OF THE WINDOW
 SIZES INDICATED ON THE PLANS. PLEASE
 REVISE. THE SITE LOCATION IS REQUIRED TO
 BE INDICATED ON THE FORM. THE FORM IS
 REQUIRED TO BE SEALED BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD FOR THE STRUCTURE.
