 FOR ROOF SLOPES FROM 2:12 UP TO 4:12,
 UNDERLAYMENT SHAL BE A MINIMUM OF TWO
 LAYERS APPLIED AS FOLLOWS:
 1) STARTING AT THE EAVE, A 19-INCH
 STRIP OF UNDERLAYMENT SHALL BE APPLIED
 PARALLEL WITH THE EAVE AND FASTENED
 SUFFICIENTLY TO STAY IN PLACE.
 2) STARTING AT THE EAVE, 36-INCH-WIDE
 STRIPS OF UNDERLAYMENT FELT SHALL BE
 APPLIED OVER LAPPING SUCCESSIVE SHEETS
 19 INCHES AND FASTENED SUFFICIENTLY TO
 STAY IN PLACE.
  
 6) 1403.1.6 IN ORDER TO PROVIDE FOR
 INSPECTION FOR TERMITE INFESTATION,
 CLEARENCE BETWEEN EXTERIOR WALL COVERING
 AND FINAL EARTH GRADE ON THE EXTERIOR OF
 A BUILDING SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 6".
  
 7)BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY
 BE ISSUED, IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO
 PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL PERMIT
 SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT
 OFFICE, AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT
 ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT APPLICATION.
