 WE HAVE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
 1. PURSUANT TO ARTICLE IV SECTION 94-115
 (E)(5), THE SOUTH PLAZA MUST BE AT SIDE
 WALK GRADE.
 2. PURSUANT TO ARTICLE IV SECTION 94-115
 (E)(1)PUBLIC OPEN SPACE SHALL CONFORM
 TO THE OPEN SPACE DESIGN GUIDELINES. CON
 SIDERING THE INTENTIONS OF THE PUBLIC OP
 EN SPACE GUIDELINES, THE SOUTH PLAZA SHO
 ULD BE MORE INVITING FOR THE GENERAL PUB
 LIC-THE LANDSCAPE DESIGN IN CONJUCTION W
 ITH THE GRADE ACTS AS A BARRIER.
 3.THE DRAWINGS SHOULD DEPICT DETAILS OF
 THE BENCHES OR SEATING AREA AS WELL AS T
 HE LOCATION OF THE DRINKING FOUNTAINS AS
 REQUIRED BY THE PUBLIC OPEN SPACE DESIG
 N GUIDELINES.
 4. PLEASE CONFIRM THAT THE PROPOSED STRE
 ET LIGH LOCATION AND TREE SPECIES AND LO
 CATIONS CONFORM TO THE EXISTING STREETSC
 APE ON SAPODILLA AVENUE.
  
 IN RELATION WITH THE BUILDING PLACEMENT
 WE HAVE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
 1. ACCORDING WITH ARTICLE IV SECTION 94-
 113 (B)(7) THE SIDEWALK SHOULD BE MINIMU
 M 8' WIDE. THE SIDE WALK ON GARDENIA STR
 EET IS 5'9" (AS DEPICTED IN DRAWING A-01
 ).
  
 IN RELATION WITH THE ARCHITECTURAL DESIG
 N GUIDELINES WE HAVE THE FOLLOWING COMME
 NTS:
 1. TO FURTHER DIFFERENTIATE THE "CAP" FR
 OM THE "MIDDLE" OF THE BUILDING, BALCONY
 RAILINGS ON THE EIGHT FLOOR SHOULD BE T
 HE FULL METAL DESIGN CONSISTENT WITH THE
 SMALLER BALCONIES.
 2. BALCONIES ON SOUTH AND NORTH ELEVATIO
 N SHOULD BE ARCHED CONSISTENT WITH THE E
 AST ELEVATION.
 3.THE BALCONIES ON THE 7TH FLOOR SHOULD
 ALL HAVE THE SAME PROPORTION OPENING (US
 E THE TALLER VERSION).
 4.THE TRIM SHOULD BE CONSISTENT ALL AROU
 ND THE BUILDING. IT STOPS OVER THE NORTH
 PLAZA (SHEET A-21A).
 5. THE BRACKETS UNDER THE BALCONIES NEED
 TO BE CREDIBLE SUPPORTS; PLEASE REVISE
 DETAIL.
  
 IN RELATION WITH THE ROOF TERRACE WE HAV
 E THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
 1.THE OVERALL ROOF TERRACE HAS TO BE 15%
 LANDSCAPED.
 2. THE PERCENTAGE OF COVERED AREA SHOULD
 NOT EXCEED 30% OF THE GROSS ROOF AREA.
 3.PLEASE PROVIDE A TABLE WITH THE PERCEN
 TAGE OF LANDSCAPED AREA AND THE PERCENTA
 GE OF COVERED AREA.
