 IMPACT FEES.
  
 3) THE ROOF SHEATHING NAIL SPACING GIVEN
 ON SHEET GN1 IS INCORRECT. SEE CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC TABLE 2306.1.
  
 4) REVISE ITEM #7 UNDER STUCCO SPECS. ON
 A5 TO INDICATE THAT 3/8" HIGH RIB METAL
 LATH IS REQUIRED TO BE ATTACHED AT EVERY
 RIB (4"O.C.). SEE ASTM C 1063.
 ITEMS #4 AND #5 ARE THE SAME NOTE.
  
 5) SPECIFY THE LENGTH/EMBEDMENT DEPTH OF
 THE 1/2" DIA. EXPANSION ANCHORS AT THE
 WOOD FRAME TO CONCRETE DETAIL ON A6. THE
 "USP" TP6X AND TP8X THAT ARE SPECIFIED
 AT EACH END OF THE STUDS DO NOT APPEAR
 IN THE 2003 USP CATALOG. SHOULD THESE BE
 "USP" SPT6 OR SPT8 ?
  
 6) THE GIRDER TRUSS AT THE SECOND FLOOR
 ABOVE BEDROOM #2 WITH AN UPLIFT OF 5455#
 AND BEARING ON THE (3) 2X6S HAS THE
 WRONG CONNECTOR SPECIFIED. THE DETAIL
 SPECIFIED IS F ON S3. THIS DETAIL IS OF
 A "USP" USC 53 ATTACHED TO A MASONRY
 WALL. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 7) PROVIDE A DIAGRAM INDICATING THE ROOF
 SHEATHING NAILING ZONES. SEE CITY AMEND.
 TO FBC TABLE 2306.1.
  
 8) PROVIDE A SOIL BEARING TEST REPORT AS
 REQUIRED BY CITY AMEND. TO FBC 1804.2.2.
  
 9) THE ENERGY CALCULATION FORM CONTAINS
 ERRORS. THE ADJACENT WALLS ON THE PLANS
 ARE CONCRETE BLOCK NOT WOOD FRAME. THE
 SQUARE FOOTAGE LISTED FOR THE EXTERIOR
 WOOD FRAME WALLS IS TOO MUCH. THE OWNER
 AND BUILDER INFORMATION LISTED IS
 INCORRECT. PLEASE CORRECT.
