 7) SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR A SINGLE
 OUTSWING DOOR WITH SIDELITE.
  
 8) THE OWNER OF RECORD INDICATED ON THE
 PERMIT APPLICATION IS INTELLI HOMES,
 HOWEVER THE COUNTY PROPERTY APPRAISER
 AND THE CITY RECORDS LIST TIDES PALM
 BEACH LTD PARTENERSHIP AS THE OWNER.
