 2) A RECORDED COPY OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE A
 PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 3) THE PERCENTAGE OF WALL AREA ALLOWED
 TO BE OPENINGS BY FBC TABLE 600 IS
 EXCEEDED AT THE FIRST AND SECOND FLOORS
 ON THE RIGHT ELEVATION.
  
 4) THE UPLIFT VALUE LISTED IN THE
 CONNECTOR SCHEDULE ON PAGE 5 FOR THE (2)
 HETA 20 ANCHORS (MARK C) IS INCORRECT.
 ACCORDING TO THE 2003 SIMPSON CATALOG
 THE UPLIFT VALUE FOR A DOUBLE HETA 20 IS
 2035# FOR A ONE PLY TRUSS AND 2500# FOR
 TWO OR THREE PLY TRUSSES.
  
 5) THE WALL LEGEND ON PAGE 6 SPECIFIES
 THE TOP OF THE CROSS MARKED WALLS TO BE
 10 FEET ABOVE FINISH FLOOR. THESE WALLS
 ARE 12 FEET ACCORDING TO THE ELEVATIONS.
  
 6) SPECIFY ON THE PLANS THE GUARDRAIL
 HEIGHT, THE SPACING OF THE INTERMEDIATE
 RAILS AND THE BOTTOM RAIL AT THE BALCONY
 SEE FBC 1015.3 AND 1026.5.1. SUBMIT
 SHOP DRAWINGS PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
  
 7) THE STAIR WINDERS ARE REQUIRED TO
 HAVE A MINIMUM TREAD DEPTH OF 6 INCHES
 AT THE NARROW EDGE AND HAVE A MINIMUM
 TREAD DEPTH OF 11 INCHES AT A POINT 12
 INCHES FROM THE NARROW EDGE. SEE
 FBC 1007.8.1
  
 9) THE WALL SECTION ON PAGE 4 SPECIFIES
 R-30 INSULATION IN THE 2X6 WALL. PLEASE
 CORRECT.
  
 10) INDICATE THE LOCATIONS AND SIZES OF
 THE ATTIC ACCESS OPENINGS AT THE GARAGE
 AND THE SECOND STORY. SEE FBC 2309.6.
  
 11) THE WALL SECTION ON PAGE 4 SPECIFIES
 A VENTED ALUMINUM SOFFIT. SUBMIT THE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS AND MANUFACTURER'S
 SPECIFICATIONS FOR THIS ITEM.
