 RISER HEIGHT (MUST BE BETWEEN 7.5" AND
 7.75" WITH THE STATED 9" TREAD) AND TO
 SPECIFY A NOSING.EVERY TREAD LESS THAN
 10" WIDE SHALL HAVE A NOSING OR
 EFFECTIVE PROJECTION OF APPROX. 1" OVER
 THE LEVEL IMMEDIATELY BELOW THAT TREAD.
