 1) IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY, PLANS STAMPED BY THEM AND
 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT,
 BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 2) A RECORDED COPY OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE A
 PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 3) SUBMIT A SOIL BEARING REPORT FOR THE
 TWO STORY RESIDENCE AND THE GARAGE/APT.
 AS REQUIRED BY FBC 1804.2.2.
  
 4)PROVIDE (2) CURRENT AND COMPLETE
 COPIES OF SBCCI OR METRO-DADE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS FOR ALL EXTERIOR WINDOW AND
 DOOR OPENINGS.
  
 5) PROVIDE (2) PRODUCT APPROVALS, KEY
 PLANS AND INSTALLATION SCHEDULES
 INDICATING THE SPECIFIC TYPES OF ANCHORS
 TO BE USED FOR STORM PANELS. IMPACT
 PROTECTION OR IMPACT RESISTANT GLAZING
 IS REQUIRED AT ALL EXTERIOR GLAZED
 OPENINGS.
  
 6) SEPARATE PERMITS WITH ADDITIONAL FEES
 WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE POOL, FENCES,
 ROOFING, ELECTRIC, MECHANICAL, PLUMBING,
 AND DRIVEWAY.
  
 7) INDICATE ON THE PLANS THAT THE WIRE
 MESH IN THE SLAB IS TO BE SUPPORTED ON
 APPROVED MATERIAL AT 3 FEET ON CENTER
 MAXIMUM. SEE FBC 1909.3.
  
 8)FL. BLD CODE 1606.1.7 THE FOLLOWING
 INFORMATION RELATED TO WIND SHALL BE
 SHOWN ON THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS,
 1)- BASIC WIND SPEED, MPH
 2)- WIND IMPORTANCE FACTOR, & BUILDING
 CATEGORY
 3)- WIND EXPOSURE
 4)- INTERNAL PRESSURE COEFFICIENT,
 5)- COMPONENTS & CLADDING, THE DESIGN
 WIND PRESSURES IN TERMS OF PSF.
  
 9) THE STRUCTURE IS LOCATED IN AN "A5"
 FLOOD ZONE AN ELEVATION CERTIFICATE WILL
 BE REQUIRED. CITY CODE REQUIRES THE
 LOWEST FLOOR TO BE ELEVATED TO SIX
 INCHES ABOVE THE BASE FLOOD ELEVATION.
 THE LOWEST FLOOR ELEVATION REQUIRED IS A
 MINIMUM OF 7.5 FT. ABOVE BASE FLOOD
 ELEVATION. PLEASE INDICATE THIS ON THE
 PLANS.
  
 10) SUBMIT MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS
 AND UL LISTING INFORMATION FOR THE GAS
 FIREPLACE AND FLUE PIPE (IF REQUIRED).

 A ROOFED OVER BALCONY, PORCH OR GALLERY
 NOT LESS THAN 4-1/2 FEET WIDE AND MUST
 BE LOCATED AT LEAST 10 FEET FROM
 ADJACENT PROPERTY LINES. THE STAIRS
 SHALL BE SEPARATED FROM THE INTERIOR OF
 THE BUILDING BY WALLS WITH A FIRE
 RESISTANCE RATING OF ONE HOUR WITH FIXED
 OR SELF-CLOSING OPENING PROTECTIVES AS
 REQUIRED FOR ENCLOSED STAIRS. SEE FBC

 WHICH IS INCONSISTANT WITH THE
 ARCHITECTURAL PLANS. PLEASE REVISE.
