2003-05-16 00:00:001) THE ONE FDC NOTED NEAR THE SOUTHEAST
 CORNER IS FACING THE WRONG DIRECTION.
 IT SHOULD EITHER FACE 15TH STREET OR
 NORTH FLAGLER DRIVE. THE CURRENT
 ARRANGEMENT WILL CAUSE THE HOSE TO KINK
 AND THUS REDUCE ITS EFFECTIVENESS.
  
 2) WHAT PREVENTS A SINGLE FIRE INCIDENT
 IN THE PARTY ROOM FROM BLOCKING BOTH
 EXITS.
  
 3) A SIGN IS REQUIRED AT ELEVATOR # 3
 INDICATING IT IS STRETCHER USEABLE.
  
 4) THE SECURITY FEATURES PLANNED FOR THE
 GARAGE STILL SEEM TO LEAVE THIS WRITER
 CONFUSED WITH REGARDS TO EXITING. PLEASE
 EXPLAIN HOW EXITING WILL WORK IN THE
 GARAGE WHEN SECURITY DEVICES ARE
 INSTALLED.
  
 5) THE TRASH CHUTE EXHAUST ON THE ROOF
 MUST EXTEND AT LEAST THREE FEET ABOVE
 THE ROOF.
  
 6) TACTILE SIGNAGE REQUIRED AT
 STAIRWELLS.
  
 7) PLEASE EXPLAIN THE (4) 2 1/2 X 2 1/2
 X 6" SIAMESE CONNECTION. HOW MANY
 SIAMESE CONNECTIONS ARE PROPOSED. THIS
 OFFICE WILL ONLY REQUIRED TWO OF THEM.
  
 8) THE COMMERCIAL SPACES ARE TO BE FIRE
 SPRINKLER PROTECTED AT THE TIME THE
 BUILDING IS COMPLETED.
  
 9) SEPARATE PLANS AND PERMIT REQUIRED
 FOR ABOVE GROUND FUEL TANK.
  
 10) EXIT SIGN APPEARS TO BE MISSING
 ON SOUTH SIDE OF GUEST PARKING AREA.
  
 11) EMERGENCY LIGHTING COULD NOT BE
 LOCATED IN THE FIRE PUMP ROOM.
  
 12) ARE THERE ANY EMERGENCY LIGHTS
 PRESENT FOR STAIR # 3 AND 4.
  
 13) THERE APPEARS TO BE ISSUES WITH
 FIRE RATED DOORS AND WALLS IN SOME
 LOCATIONS. PLEASE REVISE THE PLANS.
  
 14) PLEASE ILLUSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH
 FBC 412.5. THE DESIGN INTENT IS NOT
 CLEAR TO THIS WRITER AT TIME OF
 THIS REVIEW.
