 1) IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY, PLANS STAMPED BY THEM AND
 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT,
 BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 2) A RECORDED COPY OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE A
 PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 3) THE SOME OF THE DESIGN CRITERA ON A5
 IS NOT CORRECT. THE CITY OF WPB IS NOT
 IN THE HIGH VELOCITY HURRICANE ZONE.
 THE INTERNAL PRESSURE COEFFICENT FOR AN
 ENCLOSED STRUCTURE IS + OR - 0.18.
 THE EXPOSURE CATEGORY IS B. SEE FBC
 TABLES 1606.2B AND 1606.2C FOR WIND
 PRESSURES FOR COMPONENTS AND CLADDING.
  
 4) CASEMENT WINDOWS IN SLEEPING ROOMS
 MUST COMPLY WITH FBC 1005.4 FOR
 EMERGENCY ESCAPE AND RESCUE. THE OFFICE
 WHICH COULD BE USED FOR A BEDROOM MUST
 COMPLY. THE MINIMUM NET CLEAR OPENING
 HEIGHT IS 24" AND WIDTH IS 20". THE
 MINIMUM NET CLEAR OPENING AREA IS 5.7
 SQFT.
  
 5) BECAUSE A FULL BATH IS PROVIDED ON
 HABITABLE GRADE, IT IS REQUIRED BY FBC
 CHAPTER 11 SECTION 11-11 TO HAVE A DOOR
 A 29" CLEAR OPENING.
  
 6) THE CALCULATIONS FOR BEAM (B3) DO NOT
 CONSIDER THE WIND LOADS THAT WOULD BE
 TRANSFERED TO THE BEAM. SEE FBC 1609.
 PLEASE PROVIDE A COVER SHEET WITH A
 TITLE BLOCK (FAC 61G15-30.003) AND A
 SUMMARY WITH CONCLUSIONS.
  
 7) SPECIFY THE LOCATIONS AND MATERIAL
 THAT WILL BE USED TO PROVIDE DRAFTSTOPP-
 ING AT THE FLOOR/CEILING ASSEMBLY. SEE
 FBC 2305.2.2. THIS IS REQUIRED AT THE
 FLOOR TRUSSES ON THE SECOND FLOOR NOT IN
 THE ATTIC.
  
 8) PROVIDE THE MANUFACTURER'S SPECS. AND
 UL LISTING INFORMATION FOR THE PREFAB
 FIREPLACE AND CHIMNEY.
  
 9) INDICATE ON THE STAIR DETAIL THE
 FIREBLOCKING THAT IS REQUIRED FOR THE
 CONCEALED SPACES OF THE STAIRS AT THE
 TOP AND BOTTOM OF THE RUN. FBC 2305.1.4
  
 10) PROVIDE DETAILS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
 OF THE COLUMNS AT THE FRONT AND REAR
 BALCONIES TO WHICH THE GUARDRAILS ARE
 ATTACHED.
  
 11) UPDATE THE CONCRETE STANDARDS IN THE
 NOTES ON A5 TO ACI-99.
  
 12) PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE
 DOUBLE INSWING FRONT DOORS AS SHOWN ON
 THE PLANS.
  
 13) THE LABELS ON THE GARAGE DOOR BUCK
 DETAILS ON A13 ARE REVERSED.
  
 14) PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE TUBE STEEL
 COLUMN CAPS.
  
 15) THE CONNECTOR SPECIFIED FOR THE
 SECOND FLOOR ROOF GIRDER TRUSS(T27,2PLY)
 IS INCORRECT. THIS TRUSS SITS ON TOP OF
 THE TIE BEAM AND A SIMPSON MBHA, WHICH
 IS A HANGER, IS SPECIFIED.
  
 16) THE UPLIFT VALUES SPECIFIED ON THE
 PLANS FOR MOST OF THE ROOF GIRDER
 TRUSSES ARE LOWER THAN REQUIRED BY THE
 TRUSS DRAWINGS. THE CONNECTORS AS
 SPECIFIED WILL NOT BE CAPABLE OF
 RESISTING THE REQUIRED LOADS.
  
 17) THE NEW PLANS WILL HAVE TO BE
 RTEVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE HISTORIC
 PRESERVATION BEFORE PERMIT IS ISSUED.
