 COMPLY WITH FBC 1007.8.2. PROVIDE DETAIL
 OF GUARDRAILS ON THE OPEN SIDE OF THE
 STAIRS. SEE FBC 1015 & 1026.5.
  
 5) INDICATE FIREBLOCKING AT VERTICAL AND
 HORIZONTAL COCEALED DRAFT OPENINGS AND
 CONCEALED SPACES OF STAIR STRINGERS AT
 THE TOP AND BOTTOM OF THE RUN. SEE FBC
 2305.1 & 2305.1.4.
  
 6) INDICATE THE LOCATIONS OF THE SHEAR
 WALLS AT THE SECOND FLOOR WOOD FRAME
 WALLS ON THE PLANS. PROVIDE DETAILS AND
 LOCATIONS OF HOLD DOWNS.
  
 7) NO ID TAGS ARE GIVEN ON THE PLANS
 THAT CORRESPOND TO THE COLUMN DETAILS ON
 5F. PROVIDE ID TAGS FOR ALL OF THE
 COLUMNS AND BEARING POINTS ON THE
 FOUNDATION PLAN ON SHEET 4 AND PROVIDE
 DETAILS FOR EACH.
  
 8) THE CROSS SECTION ON 5F REFERS TO
 DETAIL 7 ON 5C FOR THE STEEL COLUMN.
 THERE IS NO DETAIL ON 5C.
  
 9) THE SECTION ON 4S1 HAS INCORRECT
 DIMENSION FOR THE FOOTING.
  
 10) PROVIDE A SQFT BREAKDOWN OF HOUSE.
 INDICATE THE SQFT LIVING AREA ON EACH
 FLOOR, PORCHES, GARAGES, ETC.
  
 11) THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS LIST THE
 CONDITONED FLOOR AREA AS 6950 SQFT. IS
 THIS THE TOTAL SQFT OF THE HOUSE OR THE
 CONDITIONED SPACE?
  
 12) PROVIDE (2) CURRENT AND COMPLETE
 COPIES OF SBCCI OR METRO-DADE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS FOR:
 - SLIDING GLASS DOOR
 - THE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE ROOF
 TILE HAS EXPIRED (12-16-02).
 - PROVIDE COVER SHEET FOR THE DESIGNER
 SERIES-FIXED WINDOWS NOA # 02-0318.02
 THAT IS IN WITH THE STORMLINE DOORS.
 - THE TEST INFO SUBMITTED FOR THE
 WINDOOR 90 DEGREE SLIDING GLASS DOOR IS
 NOT AN ACCEPTABLE PRODUCT APPROVAL. IT
 MUST BE METRO-DADE, SBCCI OR SITE
 SPECIFIC ENGINEERING.(ENGINEERED
 DRAWINGS SHOWING ALL ATTACHMENTS ARE
 REQUIRED)
  
 13) THE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE STORE-
 FRONT WINDOW IS LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM
 FRAME HEIGHT OF TWELVE FT. A STRUCTURAL
 HORIZONTAL MULLION THAT IS ON A RADIUS
 WILL BE REQUIRED. THE PRODUCT APPROVAL
 DOES NOT COVER A RADIUS APPLICATION SUCH
 AS THIS ASSEMBLY. SITE SPECIFIC
 ENGINEERING ALONG WITH A ENGINEERED
 ANALYSIS AND DRAWINGS WILL BE REQUIRED.
  
 14) THE HEADER DETAIL ON 4S3 FOR THE 90
 DEGREE SLIDING GLASS DOORS AT THE SECOND
 FLOOR SHOWS THE C9X15 CHANNEL ANCHORED
 TO THE WALL WITH EXPANSION BOLTS. THE
 SECOND FLOOR WALLS IN THIS LOCATION IS
 WOOD FRAME. SEE 5A & 5E. THE TRUSSES IN
 THE DETAIL ARE INDICATED WITH ID TAGS
 THAT DO NOT CORRESPOND WITH TRUSS IDS ON
