 EXTERIOR DOORS, WINDOWS AND ROOFING.

 PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED, THE SUBMITTED
 ENERGY CODE COMPLIANCE FORMS SHALL BE
 SIGNED BY THE BUILDING OWNER, THE

 THE STRAIGHT LINE DISTANCE BETWEEN THE
 SECOND FLOOR EXIT DOORS SHALL NOT BE
 LESS THAN 1/2 THE LENGTH OF THE MAXIMUM
 DIAGONAL DIMENSION OF THE BUILDING,
 WHICH IS APPROX. 155 FT.AMEND THE
 PLANS TO ACHIEVE COMPLIANCE.
  
 8) FBC 11-4.1.3(9)AREAS OF RESCUE
 ASSISTANCE ARE REQUIRED BECAUSE THE
 BUILDING IS NOT SPRINKLERED.AMEND THE
 PLANS TO IDENTIFY LOCATIONS.ONE OPTION
 IS TO PROVIDE DETAILS TO SHOW THAT THE
 STAIR #2 LANDING AND THE ELEVATOR
 LOBBY #2, ADJACENT STAIR #1, COMPLY WITH
 THE REQUIREMENTS OF FBC 11-4.3.11.1.
 NOTE: IF STAIR #1 IS REVERSED, THEN THAT
 LANDING COULD BE USED INSTEAD OF HAVING
 TO UPGRADE THE ELEVATOR LOBBY TO MEET
 THE REQUIREMENTS FOR AN AREA OF RESCUE
 ASSISTANCE.
  
 9) FBC 4.3.11.3STAIRWAY WIDTH. AS PART
 OF THE REQUIREMENTS FOR AREAS OF RESCUE
 ASSISTANCE IN A NON-SPRINKLERED
 BUILDING, THE STAIRWAYS SHALL HAVE A
 CLEAR WIDTH OF 48" BETWEEN HANDRAILS.
  
 10) FBC 4.3.11.4TWO-WAY COMMUNICATION
 IS REQUIRED BETWEEN THE AREAS OF RESCUE
 ASSISTANCE AND THE PRIMARY ENTRANCE.
  
 11) FBC 705.1.2EXIT DOORS.THE DOORS
 TO THE STAIR #1 AND #2 ENCLOSURES AND TO
 THE FIRST FLOOR LOBBY (SHEET A.6DOOR
 SCHEDULE MARKS 2, 4 AND 19) ARE REQUIRED
 TO PROVIDE 1 HOUR FIRE RESISTANCE.
 AMEND THE DOOR SCHEDULE TO SHOW THIS
 REQUIREMENT.
  
 12) FBC 11-4.13.6 MANEUVERING CLEARANCES
 AT DOORS.THE LEADING EDGE OF THE DOORS
 TO 'OFFICE 4' (DOOR 9) AND 'BREAK 1'
 (DOOR 7) AND 'CUSTOMER AREA' (DOOR 7) ON
 THE FIRST FLOOR SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN
 18" FROM THE ADJACENT WALL ON THE PULL
 SIDE OF THE DOOR.
  
 13) FBC 11.4.9.4(2)SHEET A.4, TYPICAL
 STAIR DETAILS.THE STAIR HANDRAIL SHALL
 EXTEND AT LEAST 12" HORIZONTALLY BEYOND
 THE TOP RISER, AND SHALL CONTINUE TO
 SLOPE PAST THE BOTTOM RISER , FOR A
 DISTANCE EQUAL TO THE WIDTH OF ONE
 TREAD, AND THEN EXTEND A FURTHER 12"
 HORIZONTALLY AT THE BOTTOM.
  
 14) FBC 11-4.15DRINKING FOUNTAINS.
 THE ELEVATIONS ON SHEET A.7 DO NOT SHOW
 THE HEIGHT AND THE LEG CLEARANCES FOR
 DRINKING FOUNTAINS.AMEND/SUBMIT PLANS,

 THE DEPTH OF THE PROFILE 3 PARAPET CAP).
 ADD THE CALCULATED UPLIFT TO THE PLANS
 FOR CROSS REFERENCE AGAINST THE PROPOSED
 ANCHOR.
  
 18) IF NEW PLAN SHEETS ARE REQUIRED, IN
