 SERVICES BEFORE A PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.

 CONNECTORS/ANCHORS:

 AND MSTA TAPL 16 ARE NOT VALID USP
 REFERENCES.ASSUMING THE INTENDED
 ANCHOR IS USP TAPL 16, THE SPECIFIED
 FASTENERS DO NOT CORRELATE WITH THE USP
 CATALOGUE AND HAVE INSUFFICIENT CAPACITY
 FOR THE UPLIFT AT THE LOCATION CALLED UP
 ON THE PLAN (DERIVED FROM

 FOR WIND ANALYSIS). ALSO, AMEND THE ROOF

 STATE THE CORRECT FASTENERS AND UPLIFT
 CAPACITY.
 C) "USP ANCHOR DETAIL". THE PLAN REFERS
 TO BOTH USP TAPL 16 AND (2) USP TA 16.
 NEITHER ONE, WHEN CHECKED IN THE USP
 CATALOGUE, CORRELATES WITH THE UPLIFT
 (5386 LBS) AND THE FASTENERS STATED ON
 THE PLANS.AMEND THE PLANS TO STATE THE
 CORECT REFERENCES, FASTENERS & UPLIFT
 CAPACITY.ALSO, THE DETAIL STILL REFERS
 TO HUGHES SHA-8 STRAP.AMEND THE DETAIL

 OF NO FURTHER EFFECT.IT SHALL BE RE-
 RECORDED AT PALM BEACH COUNTY COURTHOUSE
 AND A COPY SUBMITTED TO THIS OFFICE
 BEFORE A PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
