 THIS COMMENT HAS NOT BEEN ADDRESSED.
 PLANS SIGNED AND SEALED BY A
 PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER SHALL INCLUDE THE
 NAME AND ADDRESS OF THE ENGINEER AS WELL
 AS THE NAME, ADDRESS AND CERTIFICATE OF
 AUTHORIZATION NUMBER FOR THE ENGINEERING
 BUSINESS, IF APPROPRIATE.
  
 4) FBC 311.2THE STATED R2 OCCUPANCY
 IS INCORRECT.PLANNING AND ZONING HAVE
 ADVISED THAT THEIR APPROVAL WAS BASED
 ON GROUP HOME OCCUPANCY WHICH WOULD BE
 R4 RESIDENTIAL.ALSO, THE CURRENT
 OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE (SUMMARY SHEET
 ATTACHED) IS FOR ADULT CONGREGATE LIVING
 FACILITY (ACLF) WHICH IS A GROUP HOME
 AND SO R4 RESIDENTIAL OCCUPANCY.AMEND
 THE PLANS ACCORDINGLY.
  
 6) FBC 11-4.1.5ACCESSIBLE TOILETS AND
 BEDROOMS.THE EXTENT OF REQUIRED
 PROVISIONS WILL BE DEPENDENT UPON THE
 RESPONSE TO COMMENT 4 ABOVE.
  
 7) FBC 3401.7.1ADDITIONS TO EXISTING
 BUILDINGS.FROM THE EXISTING AND NEW
 FLOOR AREAS NOW GIVEN ON SHEET A2, THE
 AREA OF THE ADDITION EXCEEDS 25% OF THE
 AREA OF THE EXISTING BUILDING.IF THE
 EXISTING BUILDING AND THE ADDITION ARE
 NOT SEPARATED BY A 4-HOUR FIRE WALL BOTH
 THE EXISTING BUILDING AND THE ADDITION
 SHALL BE MADE TO COMPLY WITH ALL
 REQUIREMENTS OF THE CODE FOR A BUILDING
 OF AREA EQUAL TO THE COMBINED AREA OF
 THE ADDITION AND THE EXISTING BUILDING.

 BUILDING CODE.THIS CORRECTION HAS NOT
 BEEN CARRIED OUT ON THE REVISED PLANS.
 THE SIXTH NOTE STILL REFERS TO STANDARD
 BUILDING CODE. AMEND ALL SUCH REFERENCES

 THIS COMMENT HAS NOT BEEN ADDRESSED.
 AMEND NOTE 1 TO REFERENCE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE AND THE CITY OF WEST PALM
 BEACH INSTEAD OF STANDARD BUILDING CODE
 AND PALM BEACH COUNTY.
  
 10) SHEET A3, TRUSS CONNECTOR/ANCHOR
 SCHEDULE AND NOTES. THIS COMMENT HAS NOT
 BEEN PROPERLY ADDRESSED. THE SCHEDULE IS
 NOW LEGIBLE BUT REFERS TO 'SEMCO' WHO NO
 LONGER SUPPLY TRUSS CONNECTORS/ANCHORS.
 SPECIFY CURRENT ANCHORS.THE SCHEDULE
 NOTES STILL REFER TO ASCE 7-88 AND A
 BASIC WIND SPEED OF 110 MPH.AMEND THIS
 TO ASCE 7-98 AND 140 MPH.REVIEW THE
 SUBMITTED PLAN SETS AND AMEND ALL OTHER
 REFERENCES THAT INCORRECTLY CALL UP
 SOUTHERN BUILDING CODE, STANDARD
 BUILDING CODE, 110 MPH WIND SPEED AND
 ASCE 7-88, INCLUDING THE OCCURANCE IN
 THE LOAD SCHEDULE ON SHEET A3 WHICH
 STILL HAS NOT BEEN CORRECTED.THE ONLY
 CORRECTION THAT HAS BEEN MADE IS THE
 BASIC WIND SPEED ON THE LOAD SCHEDULE.
  
 12) FBC 11-4.1.2(1)EXTERIOR RAMPS TO
 THE NEW HALL AND THE NEW PATIO HALL.
 THE PLANS HAVE BEEN REVISED TO EXTEND
 THESE RAMPS TO ACHIEVE COMPLIANT
 GRADIENTS.AS A RESULT OF THE EXTENSION
 THE SIDEWALKS LEADING TO THE BASE OF THE
 RAMPS WILL REQUIRE ADJUSTMENT TO ALLOW
 UNRESTRICTED WHEELCHAIR ACCESS TO EACH
 RAMP.
  
 14) SHUTTER PRODUCT APPROVAL DOCUMENTS.
 THE DRAWING SUBMITTED WITH EASTERN METAL
 SUPPLY INC. SBCCI TESTING & EVALUATION
 REPORT NO. 2211 ARE NOT THE SAME SHEETS
 REFERENCED IN 6.1 SUBSTANTIATING DATA ON
 PAGE 7 OF 8. SUBMIT DRAWING SHEETS WHICH
 CORRESPOND TO THE TEST REPORT.
