 1) INDICATE THE APPROPRIATE INTERNAL
 PRESSURE COEFFICIENT ON THE PLANS AS
 REQUIRED BY 2001 FBC 1606.1.7. (FOR AN
 ENCLOSED STRUCTURE IT IS + OR - .18, SEE
 ASCE 7-98)
  
 2) PROVIDE UL LISTING AND MANUFACTURER'S
 SPECIFICATIONS FOR A ONE HOUR FIRE RATED
 GLASS BLOCK ASSEMBLY.
  
 3) REVISE BUCK DETAIL FOR EXTERIOR DOOR
 ON A-3 TO CORRESPOND WITH DOOR PRODUCT
 APPROVAL. THE PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED
 REQUIRES 2X BUCKS FOR THE FULL WIDTH OF
 THE JAMB. NOTE: THE PRODUCT APPROVAL
 SUBMITTED IS NOT FOR A SINGLE DOOR WITH
 A SIDELITE AS INDICATED ON THE PLANS.
  
 4) PROVIDE DETAILS/SPECS FOR CEILING
 INSTALLATIONS AT ENTRY AND REAR PORCH.
 SPECIFY THE CEILING MATERIAL THAT WILL
 BE USED. SEE ASTM C 1063 FOR REQUIRED
 FASTENERS AND METAL LATH, FOR STUCCO
 APPLICATION.
  
 5) PROVIDE DETAIL OF ASSEMBLY OF BUILT-
 UP POST,(3) 2X4, USED TO CARRY TRUSS
 GIRDER. INDICATE FASTENERS AND SPACING
 USED TO JOIN 2X4S. INDICATE CONNECTIONS
 AT TOP AND BOTTOM OF 2X COLUMN TO
 ACHIEVE CONTINOUS LOAD PATH.
  
 6) ITEM #14 UNDER 'SECTION & DETAILS KEY
 NOTES' ON A-3 INDICATES THAT VENTS ARE
 ONLY REQUIRED FOR ATTIC SPACE ABOVE
 LIVING AREA. ALL ATTIC SPACE IS REQUIRED
 TO BE VENTED PER 2001 FBC 1203.1.3 AND
 2309.6. PLEASE REVISE.
  
 7) THE REQUIRED FASTNER SPACING FOR THE
 ROOF SHEATHING IS INCORRECT ON SHEETS
 GN-1 AND S-2 OF THE PLANS. THE CORRECT
 SPACING IS 6"O.C.EDGES AND 6"O.C.
 INTERMEDIATE IN ZONES 1 & 2 AND 4"O.C.
 EDGES AND 6"O.C. INTERMEDIATE IN ZONE 3.
 SEE NOTES ON PLAN AND ATTACHED COPY OF
 REVISED TABLE 2306.1 FROM CITY OF WPB
 AMENDMENTS TO THE 2001 FBC. PLEASE
 CORRECT.
  
 8) SECTION 1 ON S-2 INDICATES A 2X6 WOOD
 FRAME WALL AT THE FRONT ENTRY AND
 SECTION A-A ON A-3 SHOWS MASONRY
 CONSTRUCTION. PLEASE CLARIFY AND PROVIDE
 A DETAIL INDCATING THE CONTINOUS LOAD
 PATH.
  
 9) THE ROOF UPLIFT PRESSURES DIAGRAM ON
 S-2 SHOWS A GABLE ROOF AT THE ENTRY AND
 A HIP ROOF AT BEDROOM #2 AND THE FRONT
 ELEVATION ON A-2A SHOWS A HIP AT THE
 ENTRY AND GABLE AT BEDROOM #2. THE ROOF
 FRAMING PLAN ON S-2 HAS A GABLE AT THE
 ENTRY AND A GABLE AT BED ROOM #2. PLEASE
 REVISE SO THAT ALL DRAWINGS ARE
 CONSISTENT.

 ASSEMBLY (MULLION USED TO CONNECT DOOR
 WITH TRANSOM MUST BE TESTED AND APPROVED
 FOR USE WITH SLIDING GLASS DOOR)
  
 12)PROVIDE (2) PRODUCT APPROVALS, KEY
 PLANS AND INSTALLATION SCHEDULES
 INDICATING THE SPECIFIC TYPES OF ANCHORS
 TO BE USED FOR STORM PANELS.
  
 13) PROVIDE ADDITIONAL COPIES OF SOIL
 REPORT AND ENERGY CALCULATIONS. TWO SETS
