 WHY THE 1 HR WALL WAS ADDED AS IT IS NOT
 CONTINUOUS AROUND THE ENTIRE STORAGE
 ROOM AREA.ALSO THE SEPARATION
 REQUIREMENT FOR STORAGE LOW HAZARD IS 2
 HR FBC704.1 IF IT IS REQUIRED.SEE
 FBC704.1.2.2(4).

 OBJECT (7-A3.10 SHOWS 2 1/2"), AND IT IS
 NOT CLEAR IF THE 6 1/2" DISTANCE FROM
 BOTTOM OF BOTTOM RAIL TO TOP OF NEXT
 RAIL IS COMPLIANT WITH THE REQUIREMENT
 TO REJECT A 4" OBJECT.

 DESIGN CRITERIA.THE DESIGN FOR THE

 TIE INTO THE OLD DETAIL (8), OR WHERE
 THEY ARE TO BE INSTALLED. THE GUARDRAIL
 SHOWS A HANDRAIL.IF THIS IS NOT A
 GUARDRAIL WHICH IS ALSO A STAIR RAIL, IS
 THE HANDRAIL REQUIRED?THE DISTANCE
 BETWEEN THE HANDRAIL (AT 2'10") AND THE
 SUPPORTS FOR THE TOP RAIL APPEARS TOO
 NARROW (REQUIREMENT BETWEEN A HANDRAIL
 AND WALL IS 1 1/2").IT IS DIFFICULT TO
 DETERMINE CODE COMPLIANCE AS I AM UNSURE
 AS TO THE APPLICATION OF THE DETAILS.
