 1)SUBMIT ENERGY CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED
 BY FBC CHAPTER 13.
  
 2) PROVIDE TWO COPIES OF A KEY PLAN AND
 INSTALLATION SCHEDULE FOR THE STORM
 PANELS. NOTE: THE PRODUCT APPROVALS THAT
 WERE SUBMITTED FOR THE STORM PANELS ARE
 EXPIRED. PLEASE SUBMIT CURRENT ONES.
  
 3) SUBMIT A SIGNED AND SEALED SURVEY
 INDICATING THE LOCATION OF THE STRUCTURE
 ON THE PROPERTY AND THE DISTANCE TO THE
 PROPERTY LINES. THIS IS REQUIRED TO
 DETERMINE THE PERCENT OF WALL AREA THAT
 IS ALLOWED AS OPENINGS. FBC TABLE 600
  
 4) PROVIDE EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS. INDICATE
 THE HEIGHT ABOVE GRADE TO FLOORS,
 CEILINGS, ETC. INDICATE THE MEAN ROOF
 HEIGHT AND PITCH.
  
 5)PROVIDE (2) CURRENT AND COMPLETE
 COPIES OF SBCCI OR METRO-DADE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS FOR:
 - THE EXTERIOR ALUMINUM DOORS
 PRODUCT APPROVALS THAT WERE SUBMITTED
 ARE FOR STEEL DOORS. IF YOU ARE USING
 STEEL EXTERIOR DOORS, PLEASE REVISE THE
 DOOR SCHEDULE ON THE PLANS.
  
 6) THE ITEMS THAT ARE REDLINED ON THE
 PLANS ARE REQUIRED TO BE INITALED AND
 DATED BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD.
  
 7) THE DOOR/WINDOW PRESSURES LISTED ON
 A-2 CONFLICT WITH THOSE ON A-1. PLEASE
 CORRECT.
  
 8) THE WINDOW SCHEDULE ON A-2 DOES NOT
 INCLUDE THE 34 SH WINDOWS SPECIFIED ON
 THE FLOOR PLAN. THE WRONG SIZES ARE
 GIVEN FOR THE 14SH, 1/2 33SH AND
 1/2 34SH WINDOWS. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 9) SPECIFY THE SPACING OF THE THE MTS 30
 CONNECTORS ON A-5.
  
 10) THE WALL SECTIONS ON A-5 DO NOT
 INDICATE A CAP BEAM ON TOP OF THE STEM
 WALL WITH DOWN BARS CONNECTING TO THE
 FOOTER. A CONTINOUS TIE FROM THE ROOF TO
 THE FOOTING IS REQUIRED TO TRANSFER THE
 LOADS TO THE GROUND. SPECIFY HOW THIS
 WILL BE ACHIEVED.
  
 11) SEVERAL OF THESE COMMENTS WERE NOTED
 IN PREVIOUS REVIEWS AND HAVE NOT BEEN
 ADDRESSED. SEE FL STATUTE 553.80 (2) (B)
