 1) FBC 1606.1.7 WIND LOADS. THE PLANS
 SHALL STATE THE BASIC WIND SPEED, WIND
 IMPORTANCE FACTOR, WIND EXPOSURE
 CATEGORY, INTERNAL PRESSURE COEFFICENT,
 AND EXTERIOR COMPONENT AND CLADDING
 DESIGN WIND PRESSURES. THIS INFORMATION
 IS REQUIRED TO BE ON THE PLANS.
  
 2) SHEETS A2 AND A4 CONTAIN REFERENCES
 TO THE WRONG CODE AND INCORRECT DESIGN
 CRITERIA. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 3) PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS. SEE FBC
 CHAPTER 13.
  
 4) THE FASTENER SCHEDULE ON A4 REFERS TO
 SOUTH FLORIDA BUILDING CODE UNDER THE
 REMARKS COLUMN. PLEASE CORRECT TO FBC.
  
 5)CORRECT NOTE #11 UNDER TYPICAL SECTION
 NOTES ON A4 AND THE DRYWALL FASTENER
 SPACING SPECIFIED ON DETAIL 1 AND DETAIL
 5 ON A5 TO COMPLY WITH FBC TABLE 2306.1.
  
 6) SPECIFY ON THE PLANS THAT ADEQUATE
 SUBSTRATE WILL BE PROVIDED AT THE
 WINDOWS FOR ATTACHMENT OF THE STORM
 PANELS.
  
 7) PROVIDE (2) COPIES OF INSTALLATION
 SCHEDULE AND KEY PLAN FOR STORM PANELS.
 NOTE: THE PRODUCT APPROVALS THAT WERE
 SUBMITTED FOR STORM PANELS HAS EXPIRED.
 PLEASE SUBMIT CURRENT ONES.
  
 8) STUCCO ON METAL LATH OVER SOLID BASE
 IS REQUIRED BY FBC 2504.2.1 AND ASTM C
 926 TO BE 7/8" THICK. PLEASE REVISE ON
 WALL SECTIONS.
  
 9) INDICATE THE ATTIC ACCESS ON THE
 PLANS. SEE FBC 2309.6.
  
 10) FBC 1005.4 REQUIRES SLEEPING ROOMS
 TO HAVE AN EMERGENCY ESCAPE AND RESCUE
 OPENING. SEE CLEAR OPENING SIZE AND AREA
 REQUIREMENTS. THE 1/2- 34SH WINDOWS
 SHOWN ON THE PLANS DO NOT COMPLY.
  
 11) PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE INTERIOR AND
 EXTERIOR STAIRS. SPECIFY THE RISER
 HEIGHTS AND TREAD DEPTHS. INDICATE THE
 FOUNDATION THAT SUPPORTS THE EXTERIOR
 STAIRS.
  
 12) PROVIDE A SIGNED AND SEALED SURVEY
 INDICATING THE LOCATION OF THE STRUCTURE
 ON THE PROPERTY AND THE DISTANCE TO THE
 PROPERTY LINES. THIS IS REQUIRED TO
 DETERMINE THE PERCENT OF WALL AREA THAT
 IS ALLOWED AS OPENINGS.
  
 13)PROVIDE EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS. INDICATE
 THE HEIGHT ABOVE GRADE TO FLOORS,
 CEILINGS, ETC. INDICATE THE MEAN ROOF
 HEIGHT AND ROOF PITCH.
  
 14) SPECIFY THE POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE
 DESIGN WINDLOAD PRESSURES ON THE PLANS
 FOR ALL EXTERIOR OPENINGS.
  
 15) PROVIDE (2) CURRENT AND COMPLETE
 COPIES OF SBCCI OR METRO-DADE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS FOR:
 - EXTERIOR WOOD DOOR
 - EXTERIOR ALUMINUM DOOR
 THESE ARE THE EXTERIOR DOORS THAT ARE
 SPECIFIED ON THE PLANS IN THE DOOR
 SCHEDULE ON ON A2. IF YOU ARE NOT USING
 THESE DOORS, CHANGE THE SCHEDULE TO
 INDICATE THE DOORS THAT WILL BE USED.
  
 16) THE DOOR SCHEDULE INDICATES THAT TWO
 EXTERIOR DOORS ARE HOLLOW CORE WOOD.
 THIS IS NOT ALLOWED BY FBC CHAPTER 13.
 (ENERGY EFFICIENCY)
  
 17) THE COMMENTS NOTED IN PREVIOUS
 REVIEWS HAVE NOT BEEN ADDRESSED. FL
 STATUTE 553.80 (2) (B) REQUIRES A FEE OF
 FOUR TIMES THE PLAN REVIEW PORTION OF
 THE PERMIT FEE TO BE IMPOSED FOR EACH
 TIME AFTER THE THIRD REVIEW IN WHICH THE
 SAME ITEM HAS NOT BEEN CORRECTED.
