 CONFORM THE REQUIREMENTS FOR A NEW
 STRUCTURE PER FBC 3401.7.2.6 AND THE
 CONSTRUCTION BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AND
 APPEALS.
  
 2) A SUCCESSOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER
 MUST USE HIS OWN TITLE BLOCK, SEAL AND
 SIGNATURE AND MUST REMOVE THE TITLE
 BLOCK, SEAL AND SIGNATURE OF THE
 ORIGINAL PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER BEFORE
 REUSING ANY SEALED CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.
 SEE FAC 61G15-27 FOR REQUIREMENTS.
  
 3) FBC 1606.1.7WIND LOAD.THE PLANS
 SHALL STATE THE BASIC WIND SPEED, WIND
 IMPORTANCE FACTOR, WIND EXPOSURE
 CATEGORY, INTERNAL PRESSURE COEFFICIENT,
 AND EXTERIOR COMPONENT AND CLADDING
 DESIGN WIND PRESSURES.
  
 4) SHEETS A2 AND A4 REFERENCE THE WRONG
 CODE AND DESIGN CRITERIA. PLEASE
 CORRECT.
  
 5) PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS. SEE FBC
 CHAPTER 13.
  
 6) THE FASTENER SCHEDULE ON A4 CONTAINS
 INCORRECT INFORMATION. REFER TO FBC
 TABLE 2306.1 AND CORRECT.
  
 7) PLEASE CORRECT NOTE 11 ON A4 AND DRY-
 WALL FASTENER SPACING NOTE ON A5 TO
 COMPLY WITH FBC TABLE 2306.1.
  
 8) SPECIFY ON THE PLANS ADEQUATE
 SUBSTRATE AT WINDOWS FOR THE ATTACHMENT
 OF STORM PANELS.
  
 9) PROVIDE KEY PLANS AND INSTALLATION
 SCHEDULE FOR THE STORM PANELS.
  
 10) STUCCO ON METAL LATH IS REQUIRED TO
 BE 7/8" THICK PER FBC 2504.2.1 AND ASTM
 C 926. PLEASE REVISE ON WALL SECTIONS.
  
 11) INDICATE THE ATTIC ACCESS ON THE
 PLANS. SEE FBC 2309.6
  
 12) FBC 1005.4 REQUIRES SLEEPING ROOMS
 TO HAVE AN EMERGENCY ESCAPE AND RESCUE
 OPENING. SEE CLEAR OPENING SIZE AND AREA
 REQUIREMENTS.
  
 13) PROVIDE DETAILS OF INTERIOR AND
 EXTERIOR STAIRS. SPECIFY THE RISER
 HEIGHT AND TREAD DEPTH. INDICATE THE
 FOUNDATION THAT SUPPORTS EXTERIOR STAIRS
  
 14) PROVIDE A SIGNED AND SEALED SURVEY
 INDICATING THE LOCATION OF THE STRUCTURE
 ON THE PROPERTY AND THE DISTANCE TO THE
 PROPERTY LINES, IN ORDER TO DETERMINE
 COMPLIANCE WITH FBC TABLE 600.
  
 15) PROVIDE EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS.
 INDICATE HEIGHTS ABOVE GRADE TO FLOORS,
 CEILINGS, ETC. INDICATE MEAN ROOF HEIGHT
 AND ROOF PITCH.
  
 16) SPECIFY THE POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE
 DESIGN WINDLOAD PRESSURES ON THE PLANS
 FOR ALL EXTERIOR OPENINGS.
  
 17) PROVIDE (2) CURRENT AND COMPLETE
 COPIES OF SBCCI OR METRO-DADE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS FOR:
 - EXTERIOR WOOD DOOR
 - EXTERIOR ALUMNIUM DOOR
 THESE DOORS ARE SPECIFIED IN THE DOOR
 SCHEDULE ON A2.
  
 18) THE DOOR SCHEDULE INDICATES THAT
 TWO EXTERIOR DOORS ARE HOLLOW CORE WOOD.
 THIS IS NOT ALLOWED BY FBC CHAPTER 13.
 (FL ENERGY CODE)
  
 19) THE STRUCTURE IS REQUIRED TO BE
 RETURNED TO A SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING BY
 THE ZONING DEPARTMENT. PLEASE REVISE THE
 DRAWINGS TO REFLECT THIS. REMOVE THE
 SECOND FLOOR KITCHEN AND CHANGE TITLE
 BLOCK.
  
 MOST OF THESE COMMENTS WERE MADE IN THE
 THREE PREVIOUS REVIEWS AND HAVE NOT BEEN
 ADDRESSED. THE SAME PLANS HAVE BEEN
 SUBMITTED WITH NO REVISIONS BEING MADE.
 FLORIDA STATUTE 553.80(2)(B) REQUIRES A
 FEE OF FOUR TIMES THE PLAN REVIEW
 PORTION OF THE PERMIT FEE TO BE IMPOSED.
