 CORRECTIONS.
  
 5) PLEASE CORRECT NOTE 11 ON A4 AND
 DRYWALL FASTENER SPACING NOTE ON A5 TO
 COMPLY WITH 2001FBC TABLE 2306.1 OR AS
 SPECIFIED BY MANUFACTURER.
  
 6) INDICATE ON THE PLANS THAT ADEQUATE
 SUBSTRATE IS TO BE PROVIDED FOR THE
 ATTACHMENT OF STORM PANELS.
  
 7) PROVIDE (2) COPIES OF AN INSTALLATION
 SCHEDULE AND KEY PLAN FOR HURRICANE
 PANELS.
  
 8) STUCCO ON LATHE AS INDICATED ON WALL

 WINDOW OPENINGS ON THE PLANS.
  
 18) PROVIDE (2) CURRENT AND COMPLETE
 COPIES OF SBCCI OR METRO-DADE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS FOR:
 - EXTERIOR WOOD DOOR
 - EXTERIOR ALUMINUM DOOR
 THE PRODUCT APPROVAL THAT WAS SUBMITTED
 WAS FOR EXTERIOR STEEL DOOR, WHICH IS
 NOT LISTED IN THE DOOR SCHEDULE ON A2.
  
 19) THE DOOR SCHEDULE INDICATES THE
 EXTERIOR WOOD DOOR WITH A HOLLOW CORE.
 THIS IS NOT ALLOWED BY THE FLORIDA
 ENERGY CODE (FBC CHAPTER 13).
