 CORRECT. IT SHOULD READ 52 PERSONS NOT
 523 PERSONS.
  
 3) THE OCCUPANT LOAD FOR MEZZANINE LEVEL
 ON LS-104 IS NOT CORRECT. SHOULD READ
 4 OR 5 NOT 45. THE TOTAL OCCUPANT LOAD
 SHOULD APPROXIMATELY 7 NOT 48.
  
 4) IS THE ELEVATION EQUAL ON BOTH SIDES
 OF THE EXIT DOORS FROM THE PREFUNCTION
 AREA ADJACENT TO STAIR # 2.

 PERSONS. ACCORDING TO LS-105 AN EXIT
 CAPACITY OF 706 PERSONS IS AVAILABLE
 FOR THE WEST SIDE. WHEN STAIRS 1,AND 4
 ARE TOTALED IT INDICATES 382 PERSONS.
 EAST EXIT CAPACITY ACCORDING TO THE
 INFORMATION PROVIDED INDICATES 382
 PERSONS. WHEN EXAMINING STAIR 2, IT HAS
 AN EXIT CAPACITY OF 166 PERSONS. IT IS
 NOT CLEAR IF STAIR 3 IS USED FOR EXITING
 AS EXIT SIGNS APPEAR TO BE MISSING. THE
 CONCERN IS THE ABILITY TO EXIT PERSONS
 FROM THE FLOOR THAT THEY ARE ON,
 IRRESPECTIVE OF ANY HORIZONTAL EXITS
 THAT ARE PROVIDED.
  
 13) STAIR 2 HAS AN EXIT CAPACITY OF 166
 NOT 66.7 AS NOTED.
  
 14) PLEASE EXPLAIN GALLERIES A AND B.
  
 15) ADDITIONAL EXIT SIGNS MAY BE NEEDED
 IN CORRIDOR 3-001A.
  
 16) THE STAIRS NEAR THE LOADING DOCK
 APPEARS TO HAVE A CAPACITY OF 220
 PERSONS. A REVIEW WITH ROBERT BROWN,
 BUILDING PLANS EXAMINER TOOK PLACE. BY
 USING A CONSERVATIVE FIGURE, THE EXIT
 CAPACITY GOING THRU DOORS G-22 WAS 401
 PERSONS. HOW DOES EXIT DISCHARGE WORK.
  
 17) STAIR 4 EXIT DOOR AT GRADE LEVEL AND
 DOUBLE DOORS DIRECTLY ADJACENT TO IT
 OPPOSE ONE ANOTHER.
  
 18) THE FIRE HYDRANT ON A-103 MUST BE
 PROVIDED WITH 7'- 6" CLEARANCE TO THE
 FRONT AND SIDES. A MINIMUM OF 4' MUST
 BE PROVIDED TO THE REAR OF IT.
  
 19) A KNOX-BOX WILL BE REQUIRED.
  
 20) IT WAS NOTED THAT MAG-LOCKS ARE
 PRESENT ON THE PLANS FOR EXIT DOORS.
 PLEASE REVIEW DELAYED EGRESS OR ACCESS
 CONTROLLED EGRESS DOORS OF THE LIFE
 SAFETY CODE 2000 EDITION.
  
 21) EXIT SIGNS OBSERVED NEAR VALET
 RAMP. PLEASE SEE PARKING STRUCTURES
 OF THE LIFE SAFETY CODE, 2000 EDITION.
 USE OF THE RAMPS FOR EXITING MAY NOT
 BE APPLICABLE.
  
 22) A NOTE STILL REMAINS ON THE PLANS
 THAT INDICATES "150LB PICK-UP POINT
 RECESSED INTO SPRINKLER HEAD ESCUTHEONS
 WITH COVER". NO ITEMS ARE TO BE
 CONNECTED TO FIRE SPRINKLER PIPING OR
 FIRE SPRINKLER HEADS.
  
 23) MIRRORS ARE NOT TO BE PLACED
 ADJACENT TO EXIT DOORS.
  
 24) STAIR 1 AND STAIR 3 HAVE A TOTAL
 EXIT CAPCITY OF 292 PERSONS.
