 5)DEPENDING IF THIS PLAN IS DESIGNED
 UNDER THE 97 CODE OR 2001 FL CODE THE
 ST STATUTE CHANGES BUT THE REQUIREMENT
 FOR A THRESHOLD INSPECTION PLAN BE FILED
 WITH THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT BY THE
