 SHALL BE THE OWNER, AGENT TO EMPLOY A
 COMPUTANT DESIGN PROFESSIONAL TO COMPUTE
 THE SAFE ALLOWABLE FLOOR LOADS. ALL
 SUCH COMPUTATIONSSHALL BE ACCOMPANIED
 BY AN AFFIDAVITFROM THE DESIGN PROFES-
 SIONAL STATING THE SAFE FLOOR LOAD. THE
 COMPUTATION & AFFIDAVIT SHALL BE ON FILE
