 FOR CONSISTENCY, THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS
 ARE NUMBERED AS PER THE BUILDING PLAN
 REVIEW OF 1/31/02:
  
 1) A RECORDED COPY OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE A
 PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 2) IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY, PLANS STAMPED BY THEM AND
 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT,
 BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 4) SBC* 1504.1.2SUBMIT A PRODUCT
 APPROVAL FOR THE ROOFING.
  
 5) ROOF TRUSS UPLIFT ANCHORS.GENERAL
 NOTE 15 ON SHEET SD1 REFERS TO THE TRUSS
 FABRICATOR FOR UPLIFT ANCHORS, BUT THE
 TRUSS DRAWING DOES NOT SPECIFY ANCHORS.
 NOTE THAT, FROM THE ARRANGEMENT SHOWN ON
 THE TRUSS DRAWING, THE SIMPSON LGT2
 ANCHOR SPECIFIED ON THE TYPICAL WALL
 SECTION IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THE HIP TO
 WALL JUNCTION.SPECIFY THE ANCHORS TO
 BE USED FOR EACH TRUSS.
  
 7) SBC TABLE 600THE AMENDMENT TO THE
 PERCENTAGE OF WINDOW AREA SHOULD HAVE
 BEEN MADE TO THE EAST ELEVATION NOT THE
 WEST ELEVATION.THE WEST ELEVATION
 (KITCHEN) WINDOW MAY BE REINSTATED BUT
 THE TOTAL EAST ELEVATION WINDOW AREA
 SHOULD BE REDUCED TO LESS THAN 10% OF
 THE WALL AREA.IN DOING THIS THE WINDOW
 AREA FOR THE TWO ROOMS MUST BE AT LEAST
 8% OF THE ROOM FLOOR AREA, FOR MINIMUM
 LIGHT REQUIREMENTS (REF SBC 1203.1.4).
 ALTERNATIVELY, INCREASE THE EAST
 ELEVATION SETBACK TO AT LEAST 10'.
  
 NOTE:
 WHEN RESUBMITTING THE PLANS, PLEASE
 COLLATE THE REVISED SHEETS WITH THE
 VALID SHEETS/DOCUMENTS FROM THE ORIGINAL
 SET.
