 ADAPTABLE TOILET SHALL NOT SWING INTO
 THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE OF ANY FIXTURE.
 3) SHTS A4 & A5. MINIMUM FACILITIES SHOW
 2 DRINKING FOUNTAINS REQUIRED. A HI-LOW
 IS CONSIDERED 1 FIXTURE. 1 MORE DRINKING
 FOUNTAIN IS REQUIRED. SPC TABLE 407
