 **NOTE**
 THE COMMENTS BELOW ARE GENERAL COMMENTS
 WHICH APPLY TO MODELS B, C, D AND E
 EXCEPT AS NOTED.
  
 FOR CONSISTENCY, THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS
 ARE NUMBERED AS PER THE BUILDING PLAN
 REVIEWS OF 1/15/02 AND 2/14/02:
  
 1) A RECORDED COPY OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE A
 PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 2) IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY, PLANS STAMPED BY THEM AND
 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT,
 BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 4) SOIL REPORT.THE 'FOUNDATION DESIGN'
 SECTION OF THE SUBMITTED SOIL REPORT
 STATES THAT "...CONTINUOUS FOOTINGS
 SHALL BE AT LEAST 18 INCHES WIDE".THE
 FOUNDATION PLANS AND FOOTING SCHEDULES
 SHOW 16 INCH WIDE FOOTINGS.AMEND THE
 PLANS TO SHOW 18 INCH WIDE FOOTINGS, OR
 JUSTIFY THIS DEVIATION FROM THE
 RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE SOIL REPORT.
  
 5) THIS COMMENT HAS NOT BEEN ADDRESSED.
 THERE ARE STILL TWO DIFFERENT DRAWING
 SHEETS THAT ARE BOTH NUMBERED A10 AND
 TITLED 'GENERAL DETAILS' EVENTHOUGH THEY
 CONTAIN DIFFERENT DETAILS.AMEND THE
 SHEET NUMBERS/TITLES TO DIFFERENTIATE
 BETWEEN DRAWING SHEETS.
  
 12) THIS COMMENT HAS NOT BEEN PROPERLY
 ADDRESSED IN RESPECT OF MODELS C OR E.
 ANNOTATE THE PLANS TO SHOW THE INTENTION
 FOR ALL OPENINGS, EXCEPT THE FRONT DOOR,
 TO BE PROVIDED WITH HURRICANE SHUTTERS.
