 VALUES THAT ARE CHANGED AND SOME ARE NO
 LONGER AVAILABLE. PLEASE PROVIDE A
 REVISED TRUSS ANCHOR SCHEDULE. CONSULT
 USP TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR REDUCED
 LOAD VALUES FOR INSTALLATIONS OF EMBEDD-
 ED TRUSS ANCHORS SPACED CLOSER THAN 8"
 AND WHEN USING LESS THAN THE SPECIFIED
 NUMBER OF FASTENERS.
  
 6) THERE IS NO TRUSS ANCHOR SPECIFIED
 FOR ONE END OF THE GIRDER AT THE GARAGE.
  
 7) NOTE THREE ON S-3 INCORRECTLY
 REFERENCES ASCE 7-93. THE DESIGN MUST BE

 8) THE ROOF PLYWOOD SHEATHING NAILING
 SCHEDULE ON THE TOP OF S-2 LISTS ZONES
 RI AND SI. THE SPECIAL NAILING ZONES IN
 THE CITY OF WPB AMENDMENTS TO THE 97 SBC
 ARE DESIGNATED AS ZONES 1,2 AND 3.
 PLEASE CORRECT.

 STRUCTURAL MULLIONS USED TO CONNECT
 THE SLIDING GLASS DOOR AND THE FIXED
 GLASS WINDOWS ABOVE.
  
 12) PROVIDE KEY PLAN, INSTALLATION
 SCHEDULE, METHOD OF INSTALLATION AND
 TYPE OF ANCHORS TO BE USED TO INSTALL
 STORM PANELS.
