 1)- SBC AMENDMENTS 104.1.1 / 3401.2.2.
 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY OF ANY EXISTING
 BUILDING OR STRUCTURE, THE BUILDING,
 ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL & PLUMBING
 SYSTEMSSHALL BE MADE TO CONFORM TO THE
 INTENT OF THE TECHNICAL CODES AS
 REQUIRED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 2)- SBC 3401.2.2.2.CHANGES IN OCCUPANCY
 OF A BUILDING NOW EXISTING OR HEREAFTER
 ERECTED SHALL NOT BE MADE UNTIL A RE-
 VISED CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY HAS BEEN
 ISSUED. A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL WILL NEED
 TO CERTIFY THE EXISTING FLOOR SYSTEM
 FOR 50 LBS. LIVE LOAD DESIGNED FOR
 BUSINESS USE.
  
 3)- SBC 104.2.2. A PLOT PLAN SHALL BE
 NECESSARY TO INDICATE THE PARKING THAT
 WILL BE REQUIRED, HANDICAPPED PARKING,
 ACCESS ISLE AND A ACCESSIBLE ROUTE INTO
 THE STRUCTURE. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL
 SHALL DETERMINE THE EXTENT OF THE ACCESS
 IBILTY, IF THE 20 % DISPROPORTIONATE
 COST RULE IS IN EFFECT OR IF THE CHANGE
 OF OCCUPANCY WILL REQUIRE THE ENTIRE
 STRUCTURE TO BE CONSIDERED "NEW CONSTRUC
 TION".
 FL ACC CODE 4.1.6 THIS EDITION OF THE
 CODE DOES NOT APPLY TO BUILDINGS OR FA-
 CILITIES WHICH WERE IN EXISTANCE ON OCT.
 1, 1997 UNLESS: (I) THE BUIULDING, IS
 BEING CONVERTED FROM RESIDENTIAL TO
 NONRESIDENTIAL OR MIXED USE, AS DEFINED
 BY LOCAL LAW.
