 1) IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY, PLANS STAMPED BY THEM AND
 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT,
 BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 2) PROVIDE (2) CURRENT AND COMPLETE
 COPIES OF SBCCI OR METRO-DADE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS FOR:
 - SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS
 - STRUCTURAL MULLIONS
 - EXTERIOR DOOR
  
 3) PROVIDE (2) PRODUCT APPROVALS, KEY
 PLANS AND INSTALLATION SCHEDULES
 INDICATING THE SPECIFIC TYPES OF ANCHORS
 TO BE USED FOR STORM PANELS. MISSLE
 IMPACT PROTECTION IS REQUIRED ON ALL
 EXTERIOR GLAZED OPENINGS AT ENCLOSED
 CARPORT.
  
 4) INDICATE ON PLANS THAT BLOCKING WILL
 BE PROVIDED AT WINDOW OPENINGS TO
 PROVIDE ADEQUATE ATTACHMENT OF STORM
 PANELS.
  
 5)SHEET 4 OF THE PLANS HAS AN ENGINEER'S
 TITLE BLOCK ON IT, THEREFORE, IT MUST
 BE SIGNED, SEALED AND DATED BY THE
 ENGINEER.
  
 6) SHEET SHOWS 8" FROM FINISH GRADE TO
 THE BOTTOM OF THE FOOTING. THE BOTTOM OF
 THE FOOTIG MUST BE MINIMUM OF 12" BELOW
 FINISH GRADE. 97 SBC SEC.1804.1.3
 PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 7) THE BUILDING LINES FOR THE CARPORT
 SHOWN ON THE SURVEY DOES NOT MATCH THE
 PLANS. PLEASE CORRECT. NOTE: TWO (2)
 COPIES OF SURVEY ARE REQUIRED.
  
 8) PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS AND
 EQUIPMENT SIZING CALCULATIONS (MANUAL J)
 AS REQUIRED BY THE 1997 FLORIDA ENERGY
 EFFICIENCY CODE FOR BUILDING
 CONSTRUCTION.
  
 9) PROVIDE A DRAWING SHOWING THE REAR
 ELEVATION.
  
 10) THE FOUNDATION PLAN INDICATES AN
 EXISTING 8" BLOCK WALL. THE FLOOR PLAN,
 ELEVATIONS AND WALL SECTION INDICATE
 WOOD FRAME AND STUCCO. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 11) INDICATE METHOD AND FASTENERS THAT
 WILL BE USED TO ATTACH NEW WALLS TO
 EXISTING CONCRETE COLUMNS AND STRUCTURE.
  
 12) INDICATE ON PLANS HOW NEW FOOTINGS
 WILL BE DOWELED INTO EXISTING FOOTINGS.
  
 13) PROVIDE POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE
 PRESSURES FOR EXTERIOR DOOR. PROVIDE
 THE METHODS AND ASSUMPTIONS USED TO
 DETERMINE THE 29# PRESSURES LISTED FOR
 THE WINDOW OPENINGS THAT ARE GIVEN ON
 THE PLANS AND USED TO DETERMINE
 PRESSURES AT DOOR.
  
 14) PROVIDE THE CALCULATIONS USED TO
 DETERMINE THE TOTAL AND LIVE LOADS GIVEN
 ON SHEET 4 (DESIGN LOAD ROOF).
  
 15) PROVIDE THE DESIGN PARAMETERS AND
 ASSUMPTIONS USED TO DETERMINE THE 25 PSF
 UPLIFT GIVEN FOR THE ROOF ON SHEET 4.
  
 16) PROVIDE THE SPECIES AND GRADE OF
 THE EXISTING 2X8 RAFTERS ON 24" CENTERS.
 THE RAFTERS ARE NOT CAPABLE OF SPANNING
 16' WITH THE ADDED WEIGHT OF A DRYWALL
 CEILING. CHECK THE SPAN TABLES TO
 DETERMINE WHERE ADDITIONAL RAFTERS MAY
 BE REQUIRED.
  
 17) THE STUCCO IS REQUIRED TO BE A TOTAL
 OF 7/8" THICK MINIMUM ON THE EXTERIOR
 WALLS PER 97 SBC SEC. 2504.2.1 AND
 ASTM C926. PLEASE CORRECT.
