 CORRECT.
  
 3) A DOUBLE LAYER OF 6X6 NO.10 WELDED
 WIRE FABRIC 3 FEET WIDE SHALL BE
 PROVIDED AROUND THE PERIMETER OF THE
 SLAB PER SSTD 10-97 SECT. 304.1.3.
  
 4) INDICATE THE LOCATION OF HOLDDOWN
 CONNECTORS REQUIRED AT THE EXTERIOR
 SHEAR WALLS PER SSTD 10-97 SECT.305.4.
  
 5) A MECHANICAL EXHAUST VENT TO THE
 EXTERIOR IS REQUIRED IN THE EXISTING
 BATHROOM IN WHICH THE WINDOW IS BEING
 REMOVED.
  
 6) THE WEST ELEVATION OF THE ADDITION
 DOES NOT COMPLY WITH TABLE 600 OF THE
 97 SBC FOR THE PERCENTAGE OF WALL AREA
 OPENINGS ALLOWED BASED ON THE INFO THAT
 WAS SUBMITTED. THE WALL AREA OF THE
 EXISTING STRUCTURE CAN BE USED IF THE
 OPENINGS (WINDOW, DOOR, ETC.) ARE
 INDICATED ON THE PLANS. TWENTY PERCENT
 OF THE WALL AREA (FLOOR TO CEILING HT.)
 IS ALLOWED AS OPENINGS BASED ON A
 DISTANCE OF 3'TO 10'TO THE PROPERTY
 LINE.
  
 7) THE SIGNATURE OF THE PERSON
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN IS REQUIRED
 ON THE DRAWINGS PER CITY OF W.P.B.
 AMENDMENTS TO THE 97 SBC SECT. 104.2.1.
  
 8) THE NOTES FOR ROOF SHEATHING NAILING
 REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT CLEAR. IN ZONES 1&

 9)THE TOTAL NOMINAL THICKNESS FOR STUCCO
 ON METAL LATH OVER SOLID BASE IS 7/8"
