 NAILING ZONES COMPLYING WITH SECTION
 2306 OF THE CITY AMENDMENTS TO THE 97
 SBC.
  
 7) PROVIDE GABLE END BRACING DETAILS.
  
 8) INDICATE HOW ATTIC ACCESS TO NEW
 ADDITION WILL BE ACHIEVED.
  
 9) THE ROOF PLANS INDICATE # 11
 CONNECTORS FROM THE SCHEDULE FOR
 ATTACHING THE TRUSSES TO THE WALLS.
 THESE CONNECTORS ARE FOR WOOD TRUSS TO
 CONCRETE BEAM CONNECTIONS. PLEASE
 INDICATE THE APPROPRIATE CONNECTORS
 WHICH ARE CAPABLE OF WITHSTANDING THE
 CALCULATED LOADS.
  
 10) INDICATE THE POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE
 PRESSURES FOR ALL EXTERIOR WINDOW AND
 DOOR OPENINGS OF ADDITION AND DETACHED
 GARAGE.
  
 11) INDICATE THE SPECIFICATE TYPES OF
 CONNECTORS THAT WILL BE USED TO PROVIDE
 A CONTINOUS TIE FROM THE FOUNDATION TO
 THE ROOF.
  
 12) INDICATE THE TYPES AND SIZES OF THE
 WINDOWS AND DOORS ON THE PLANS.
  
 13) TABLE 600 IN THE 97 SBC IS USED TO
 DETERMINE THE PERCENTAGE OF WALL AREA
 THAT IS ALLOWED AS OPENINGS BASED ON
 THEDISTANCE TO THE PROPERTY LINE OR

 18) THE BOTTOM OF THE FOOTINGS SHALL BE
 A MINIMUM OF 12" BELOW FINISH GRADE.
