 2) A RECORDED COPY OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE A
 PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 3) PROVIDE ATTIC ACCESS AND ATTIC
 VENTILATION PER 97 SBC 2309.6 AND 2309.7
  
 4) PROVIDE FOUNDATION VENTILATION PER
 97 SBC 1804.6.2.1.
  
 5) PROVIDE DESIGN CERTIFICATION FOR
 BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE FORM, COMPLETED
 SIGNED, SEALED AND DATED BY THE DESIGNER
 OF RECORD. AMENDMENTS 104.2.2
  
 6) INDICATE ROOF PITCH AND MEAN ROOF
 HEIGHT ON PLANS.
  
 7) INDICATE SPECIAL ROOF SHEATHING
 NAILING ZONES. AMENDMENTS 2306
  
 8) PROVIDE ROOF FRAMING PLAN INDICATING
 CONNECTORS TO BE USED AND UPLIFT TO BE
 RESISTED. THE SIMPSON H1 CONNECTOR
 INDICATED ON THE PLANS IS NOT SUFFICIENT

 9) PROVIDE CLEAR SETS OF PLANS. IT IS
 DIFFICULT TO READ AND SEE DETAILS ON THE
 PLANS WITH ALL THE ADDITIONAL MARKING
 AND WRITING OVER THE DRAWINGS. CITY

 10) THE ADDITION DOES NOT COMPLY WITH
 TABLE 600 OF THE 97 SBC. THE PERCENT OF
 OPENINGS ALLOWED FOR A DISTANCE OF OVER

 OF THE WALL AREA (FROM FLOOR TO CEILING)
  
 11) PROVIDE THE DISTANCE BETWEEN THE
 ADDITION AND EXISTING COTTAGE. INDICATE
 THE NUMBERS AND SIZES OF ALL GLAZED
 OPENINGS IN WALL OF COTTAGE FACING
 ADDITION SO THAT TABLE 600 ALLOWED
 OPENING AREAS CAN BE CALCULATED.
  
 12)PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS AND
 EQUIPMENT SIZING CALCULATIONS (MANUAL J)
 AS REQUIRED BY THE 1997 FLORIDA ENERGY
 EFFICIENCY CODE FOR BUILDING
 CONSTRUCTION.
  
 13) INDICATE ON PLANS THAT SUITABLE
 BLOCKING OR BACKING WILL BE PROVIDED FOR
 THE INSTALLATION OF STORM PANELS.
  
 14) PROVIDE (2) COPIES OF INSTALLATION
 SCHEDULES AND KEY PLANS FOR STORM PANELS
 INDICATE THE SPECIFIC TYPES OF ANCHORS
 AND MOUNTING OPTION THAT IS TO BE USED.
  
 15) PROVIDE (2) CURRENT AND COMPLETE
 COPIES OF SBCCI OR METRO-DADE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS FOR:

 - SKYLITES IF BEING INSTALLED
  
 16) PROVIDE DETAILS FOR DECK AND STAIR
 GUARDRAILS ( HEIGHT, SPACE BETWEEN
 INTERMEDIATE RAILS, ETC.). 97 SBC 1015
  
 17) THE PROJECT DESCRIPTION ON THE
 PERMIT APPLICATION INDICATES A NEW ROOM
 OVER EXISTING LAUNDRY ROOM. SHOULD THIS
 STATE NEW ROOF? PLEASE CLARIFY.
