 TO BE USED FOR STORM PANELS.
  
 5)STRUCTURE IS LOCATED IN AN AO FLOOD
 ZONE. A FLOOD ELEVATION CERTIFICATE WILL
 BE REQUIRED.
  
 6) INDICATE THE MEAN ROOF HEIGHT OF THE
 STRUCTURE.
  
 7) PLEASE PROVIDE A DESIGN COMPLIANCE
 FORM COMPLETED BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD

 BY THE TRUSS ENGINEER. THESE DRAWINGS
 ALSO REFERENCE INCORRECT DESIGN CRITERIA
 THE 97 STANDARD BUILDING CODE AS ADOPTED
 BY THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH REQUIRES
 THE DESIGN CRITERIA TO COMPLY WITH SECT.
 1606 (110 MPH WINDLOAD) OR ASCE 7-95
 (145 MPH WINDLOAD). PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 3) THE (2) TRUSS LAYOUTS SUBMITTED ARE
 NOT THE SAME. DIFFERENT TRUSS
 IDENTIFICATIONS ARE GIVEN FOR THE SAME
 TRUSSES. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 4) THE MEAN ROOF HEIGHTS LISTED ON THE
 TRUSS DRAWINGS ARE NOT CONISTENT. THEY
 SHOULD ALL BE THE SAME AS THE MEAN ROOF
 HEIGHT OF THE STRUCTURE.
  
 5) THE DESIGN WINDLOAD ON THE TRUSS
 DRAWINGS LISTS 110 MPH SBCC 1997. PLEASE
 CORRECT TO SBC 1997 (STANDARD BUILDING
 CODE).
