 D ZONE THAT THE BUILDING IS LOCATED IN.
 110MPH WIND ZONE, SHOW COMPLIANCE EITHER
 SBCCI REPORT OR DADE COUNTY, IF NOT
 PROVIDED AT TIME OF PERMIT THE ROOFING
 PERMIT WILL BE STRUCK & THE CONTRACTOR
 WILL HAVE TO COME IN UNDER SEPERATE PER-

 ALL GLAZED OPENINGS REQUIRE PRODUCT TEST
 ING REPORTS!!!!!!!!!!! TESTING REPORTS
 REGAURDLESS OF SHUTTERS IS REQUIRED FOR
 WIND SBC 1707.4.1 10 SECOND TEST EQUAL
 TO 1.5 TIMES THE DESIGN LOAD. THIS IS
 FOR GLASS DOORS, WINDOWS & SKYLIGHTS!!!!
  
 7)- SBC 1606.4.1 /1707.4.1 ALL GLAZED OP
 ENINGS WILL REQUIRE PRODUCT TESTING FOR
 LARGE MISSLE IMPACT TESTING. GLAZED OPEN
 INGS THAT HAVEN'T BEEN TESTE FOR THIS
 WILL REQUIRE STORM SHUTTER PROTECTION.
 THE CITYS' OFFICIAL INTERPRETATION
 FOR MISSLE IMPACT PROTECTION HAS A SEC-
 TION (#14) REGAURDING STORM SHUTTERS FOR
 LARGE PROJECTS. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL
 HAS REVIEWED YOUR PROPOSAL & FOUND THAT
 IT DOES NOT MEET THE CRITERIA OUTLINED I
 N SECTION #14 FOR LARGE PROJECTS.
 THERE ARE MULTIPLE SKYLIGHTS THAT
 WILL ALSO REQUIRE PRODUCT TESTINGREPORTS
 FOR LARGE MISSLE RESISTANCE.
  
 8)- THE REFRENCE TO TYPE 1 PLYWOOD USED
 FOR THE EXTERIOR CEILING ASSEMBLY WAS CO
 RRECTED ON PAGE A-12, THE SAME ASSEMBLY
 SHOWS UP ON A-14 DETAILS 12 & 13.
  
 9)- THE PAGES THAT ARE VOID NEED TO BE D
 ELETED FROM THE PLANS AND THE NEW PAGES
 INSERTED BACK INTO THE DOCUMENT. THE
 VOIDED PAGES ARE TO BE FOLDED PLACED ON
 TOP OF THE PLANS (1 COPY).
  
 10)-COUNTY IMPACT FEES ARE TO BE PAID BE
 FORE THE ISSUANCE OF THE PERMIT.
  
 11)_ ONE OF THE THREE SETS OF PLANS IS
 MISSING THE STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS. THIS
 SET OF PLANS IS WRAPPED AND NOTED.
