 PLANS FROM THE ENGINEER,SIGNED SEALED
 AND DATED, 3 SETS OF PLANS WILL BE
 REQUIRED.
  
 3)- ROOF DECK : PROVISO THE INFORMATION
 FOR CLASS A OR B FOR FIRE DISTRICT &
 PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR HIGH WIND DISTRICT.
 PROVIDE 2 COPIES, THANK YOU.
  
 4)- A SURVEY WILL BE REQUIRED,AND ELEVAT
 ION CERTIFICATE AFTER THE SLAB IS
 POURED.THIS BUILDING IS IN A A-9 FLOOD-
 ZONE.THE MINIMUM ELEVATION IS 13'-6"
 THIS IS 6" ABOVE THE BASE FLOOD BY CITY
 CODE.
  
 6)- SBC 1804.2 SOILS TEST REPORT WITH
 THE MINIMUM BEARING VALUE.

 REQUIRE A SEPERATE PERMIT & FEES IF
 PRODUCT APPROVALS ARE SUBMITTED AFTER
 THE ISSUEANCE OF THE BUILDING PERMIT.
  
 9)- STRUCTURAL STEEL SHOP DRAWING ARE
 TO BE REVIEWED BY THE ENGINEER OF RECORD
 BEFORE THE SUBMITTAL TO THE BUILDING
 DEPARTMENT.

 5/8" TYPE I PLYWOOD AS PART OF THE
 EXTERIOR CEILING ASSEMBLY, TYPE IV BUILD
 ING IN A FIRE DISTRICT, NO PLYWOOD ALLOW
