 THAT PORCH IS NEW.
 2-THERE IS AN OPEN APPLICATION FOR
 CONSTRUCTION OF COVERED PORCH. IS THIS
 THE SAME PORCH?. CLARIFY.
 APPLICATION NUMBER 00-08-1029.
 3-PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR NEW "GAF"
 FLAT ROOF SYSTEM.
 4-THERE IS A PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR NEW
 FRENCH DOORS. WHERE ARE THE NEW FRENCH
 DOORS GOING TO BE INSTALLED?
 5-IF THERE IS ANY WORK TO BE DONE AT THE
 GARAGE, THEN PROVIDE COMPLETE PLANS
 UNDER A SEPARATE APPLICATION. PLEASE,
 COORDINATE WITH THE ZONING TECHNICIAN
 FOR USE PERMITTED BY THE ZONING CODE.
