 THE DUMPSTER NEEDS TO BE ROTATED SO
 THE OPENING IS FACING SOUTHWEST. THE
 ONLY WAY TO ACCESS THE DUMPSTER IS TO
 COME IN THE DRIVE AT THE SOUTHEAST
 CORNER OF THE PROPERTY AND TURN THE
 CORNER DIRECTLY TOWARDS THE BOX THEN
 EXIT OUT AT LAKEVIEW.
 DUMPSTER ENCLOSURER TOO SMALL CHANGES
 MUST BE PER THE GUIDELINES LISTED
 BELOW:
 1.DUMPSTER MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 12'-6"
 OPENING BETWEEN THE GATE POSTS.
 2.INTERIOR DIMENSIONS OF THE ENCLOSURE
 MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 12'-6" WIDE AND 12'
 DEEP.A CONCRETE PARKING STOP BARS 10'
 LONG MUST BE CENTERED (FROM GATES) AND
 INSTALLED 18" FROM THE BACK WALL.
 STEEL BARS WILL BE DRILLED THRU THE STOP
 BAR AND INTO THE INTERIOR FLOOR OF THE
 ENCLOSURE TO STOP THE BAR FROM MOVING
 WHEN THE DUMPSTER IS SET INSIDE.
 3.THE OPENING OF THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE
 MUST BE ANGLED SO THAT A 40' LONG TRUCK
 WITH THE FORKS EXTENDED CAN APPROACH THE
 OPENING AND PICK UP THE DUMPSTER WITHOUT
 TURNING A SHARP TURN.
 4.THE TRUCK NEEDS TO HAVE NO LESS THAN A
 16' HIGH VERTICAL CLEARANCE AREA FOR THE
 TRUCK TO PICK UP THE DUMPSTER. THE CLEAR
 AREA MUST OVER THE DUMPSTER AND WHERE
 THE TRUCK WILL BE STOPPED TO UNLOAD THE
 DUMPSTER.
 5.THE TRUCK NEEDS TO HAVE NO LESS THAN
 14' HIGH VERTICAL CLEARANCE AND 12'
 HORIZONTAL CLEARANCES FOR THE TRUCK TO
 DRIVE THROUGH.
 6.IT IS STRONGLY SUGGESTED THAT YOU ADD
 A RECYCLING CENTER TO YOUR DUMPSTER
 ENCLOSURE.
 7.SEE ATTACHED STANDARD DETAIL FOR
 FURTHER INFORMATION.
