 DENIED BY BUILDING
 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) FBC 107.2.1 SPECIFY THE SPECIFIC MOUNT TYPE,
 FASTENER TYPE AND FASTENER SPACING FOR THE TOP AND
 BOTTOM TRACKS AT EACH OF THE OPENINGS (1,2,3 & 4) THAT
 WILL BE USED TO INSTALL THE ACCORDION SHUTTERS. YOU
 HAVE CIRCLED MULTIPLE ITEMS ON THE PRODUCT APPROVAL,
 BUT YOU DIDN'T SPECIFY WHICH OPENING THEY WILL BE USED
 FOR. SUBMIT AN INSTALLATION SCHEDULE THAT LISTS EACH
 OPENING AND PROVIDE THE REQUIRED INSTALLATION
 INFORMATION FOR EACH.
  
 2) SPECIFY THE SUBSTRATE (CONCRETE, WOOD, ETC.) THAT
 YOU WILL BE ANCHORING TO AT THE TOP AND BOTTOM OF EACH
 OPENING IN THE SCHEDULE. FBC 107.2.1
  
 3) THE ACTUAL MEAN ROOF HEIGHT OF THE BUILDING IS USED
 TO DETERMINE THE DESIGN PRESSURES FOR ALL OF THE
 OPENINGS. THE HEIGHT OF THE OPENING ITSELF IS NOT USED.
 THE TABLE OFF DESIGN PRESSURES FOR COMPONENTS AND
 CLADDING HAS A COLUMN FOR MEAN ROOF HEIGHT NOT OPENING
 HEIGHT. FBC 1609
