 TENANT SPACE.
  
 B) SANITARY PIPING LAYOUT PLAN: SHOW UNDERSLAB SANITARY
 AND GREASE WASTE PIPING RUNS THROUGH THE TENANT SPACE.
  
 C) PLUMBING RISER DRAWINGS INCLUDING SANITARY, GREASE
 WASTE, AND WATER DISTRIBUTION.
  
 D) PLUMBING FIXTURE AND APPLIANCE SCHEDULE.
  
 E) WATER HEATER AND TANK EQUIPMENT SCHEDULES AND PIPING
 DIAGRAM. PLEASE INCLUDE THE PAN DRAIN PIPING
 TERMINATION LOCATION IN THE DIAGRAM.
  
 E) GREASE WASTE INTERCEPTOR: A GREASE INTERCEPTOR IS
 REQUIRED TO RECEIVE THE DRAINAGE FROM FIXTURES WITH
 GREASE LADEN WASTE. PLEASE SHOW THE LOCATION OF THE
 INTERCEPTOR AND PROVIDE AN EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE, SIZING
 CALCULATIONS, PIPING DIAGRAM. PLEASE NOTE A SEPARATE
 PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR INSTALLATION- SEE NOTE BELOW.
  
 F) PLUMBING DEVICES: THE WATER PIPING PLANS SHALL SHOW
 THE LOCATIONS OF REQUIRED MIXING VALVES, INLINE
 BACKFLOW PREVENTERS TO APPLIANCES AND EQUIPMENT, AND
 WATER HAMMER ARRESTORS. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CODE
 SECTIONS.
  
 SEC. 419.5 REQUIRES TEMPERED WATER DELIVERY FROM THE
 PUBLIC LAVATORY IF THE LAVATORY HAS HOT WATER SUPPLY.
  
 SEC. 607.1.1 REQUIRES A MEANS OF LIMITING THE HOT WATER
 TEMPERATURE DELIVERY AT THE FIXTURES OTHER THAN THE
 THERMOSTAT ON THE WATER HEATER.
  
 SEC. C404.5.1 FBC ENERGY LIMITS THE LENGTH OF A
 1/2-INCH HOT WATER SUPPLY PIPE TO A PUBLIC LAVATORY TO
 2 FT.
  
 4) CIVIL PLANS ARE REQUIRED FOR WORK INVOLVING NEW OR
 ALTERED UNDERGROUND SERVICE PIPING INCLUDING WATER,
 SANITARY, STORM DRAINAGE, FIRE LINES, GAS AND ELECTRIC.
 THE PLANS SHALL SHOW POINTS OF CONNECTIONS TO EXISTING
 MAIN SERVICE PIPES.
  
 5) DUE TO A CHANGE IN PROCESS, GREASE INTERCEPTOR
 PERMIT APPLICATION IS REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED PRIOR TO
 PLUMBING PLAN REVIEW APPROVAL. YOU CAN SUBMIT AN
 APPLICATION TBD (TO BE DETERMINED) IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A
 CONTRACTOR SELECTED BY EMAILING A COMPLETED PERMIT
 APPLICATION TO [email protected] . YOU WILL
 RECEIVE INSTRUCTIONS TO PAY FEES AND UPLOAD PLANS. YOU
 MAY UPLOAD PLANS AND PAY FEES AT A FUTURE DATE, BUT THE
 APPLICATION IS REQUIRED AT THIS TIME. WE RECOMMEND THAT
 YOU PAY FEES AND UPLOAD PLANS AT THE SAME TIME. AFTER
 YOU HAVE THE PERMIT(S) GENERATED, NOTIFY ME VIA EMAIL
 AND I WILL CHANGE THE REVIEW STATUS TO PASS.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
