 PURPOSE NOR USE OF THE PROPOSED.

 1.7.12.1 THE AHJ SHALL HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO REQUIRE
 PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH
 APPLICABLE CODES AND STANDARDS
  
 1.7.12.6 PLANS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE AHJ PRIOR TO
 THE ALTERATION OF THE MEANS OF EGRESS OR FIRE

 OCCUPANTS AND THAT ARE NOT SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED FOR BY
 THIS CODE SHALL
 BE DETERMINED BY THE AUTHORITY HAVING JURISDICTION
  
 4.6.1.3 WHERE IT IS EVIDENT THAT A REASONABLE DEGREE OF
 SAFETY IS PROVIDED,
 ANY REQUIREMENT SHALL BE PERMITTED TO BE MODIFIED IF,
 IN THE JUDGMENT
 OF THE AUTHORITY HAVING JURISDICTION, ITS APPLICATION
 WOULD BE HAZARDOUS
 UNDER NORMAL OCCUPANCY CONDITIONS.
  
 PLEASE PROVIDE FOR THE INTENT TO APPLY/INSTALL A FIRE

 WARMING OF FOOD IS ACCEPTABLE, ENSURE NO COMBUSTIBLES
 NEAR WARMING DEVICES.
  
 NO PYROTECHNICS/FLAME EFFECTS ON STAGE IN OR AROUND THE
 HUT WITHOUT PROPER FIREWORKS APPLICATION
 APPROVAL BY THE FIRE MARSHAL.
  
  
  
 5) WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE PLAN SHEET
 REVISION CLOUDS OR NUMBERED NARRATIVE RESPONSES TO THE
 ABOVE.
  
  
 6) ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY BE PROVIDED ON THE
