 1. 2020 FPC 912.1 - EACH WET-VENTED FIXTURE DRAIN SHALL
 CONNECT INDEPENDENTLY TO THE HORIZONTAL WET VENT. THE
 WATER CLOSET, TUB AND SHOWER ARE ILLEGALLY CONNECTED.
 THEY EACH NEED TO CONNECT INDEPENDENTLY TO THE VENTED
 BRANCH.
  
 2. 2017 WPB AMENDS 107.2.1 - PLEASE CLARIFY THE VENT.
 TYPICALLY, THE VENT WOULD TIE INTO A VENT STACK. IF
 THIS IS ON THE TOP FLOOR AND A NEW VENT THROUGH THE
 ROOF IS INTENDED, THEN NEW PENETRATIONS WOULD BE
 SUBJECT TO FIRE STOPPING RULES. IF THIS IS ON THE TOP
 FLOOR THE THE DRAIN DETAIL THAT INDICATE "UP TO THE
 13TH FLOOR" WOULD NOT BE THERE. IT WOULD BE A "STACK
 VENT".
