 PROPERTY LINE) OF THE DRIVEWAY. THE AGREEMENT SHALL
 SHOW PROPERTY ADDRESS, PCN NUMBER, PLAT BOOK AND PAGE
 NUMBERS AND MUST THEN BE RECORDED BY APPLICANT AT PALM
 BEACH COUNTY COURTHOUSE - RECORDING DEPT. 4.25. A
 RECORDED COPY OF THIS DOCUMENT SHOULD THEN BE FAXED TO
 (561) 494-1116. ATTENTION: DRIVEWAY REVIEWER, AND ALSO
 UPLOADED WITH RESUBMITTAL OF DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
