 ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS AND RE-SUBMIT:
  
 NOTICE: SURVEY INDICATES SAND SET PAVERS AND TURF WILL
 BE INSTALLED. BOTH OF THESE ARE PERMEABLE SURFACES.
 THE APPLICATION STATES ARTIFICIAL TURF WILL BE
 INSTALLED WHICH IS A NON-PERMEABLE SURFACE.
  
 1. PROVIDE A SITE DRAINAGE PLAN PER FBC R401.3
 IT SHALL BE DRAWN IN ACCORDANCE WITH AN ACCURATE AND
 INCLUDED BOUNDARY LINE SURVEY.
 FBC R401.3 SITE DRAINAGE
 SURFACE DRAINAGE SHALL BE DIVERTED TO A STORM SEWER
 CONVEYANCE OR OTHER APPROVED POINT OF COLLECTION THAT
 DOES NOT CREATE A HAZARD.
 LOTS SHALL BE GRADED TO DRAIN SURFACE WATER AWAY FROM
 FOUNDATION WALLS. THE GRADE SHALL FALL A MINIMUM OF 6
 INCHES WITHIN THE FIRST 10 FEET.
